UCMS Delhi: Admissions 2025 – Fees, Eligibility, Last Date & Process

University College of Medical Science admission is based on merit of the entrance exam in NEET. UCMS has 20+ in the stream including Paramedical, Dental, Medical, Science, and Pharmacy in the degree BSc, MBBS, MD, MS (Surgery), and MSc. To gain admission to the University College of Medical Science, candidates are required to crack a competitive exam which is NEET.

Instructions for Filing the Application form

• All columns in the application form must be filled up in block letters and carefully and legibly.
• A self-attested true copy of Matriculation/ Sec. School Examination certificate issued by the University/ Board.
• A self attested true copy of the certificate & mark-sheet from the University/ Board from principle/ Head of the school.
• An attested true copy of the character certificate of good conduct from the principal/ head of the college/ institution last attended.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD should attach the copy of the certificate for its claim.
• Disability candidates while applying for admission to the course, should enclose a copy of disability certification issued by a duly notified medical board of a district/ Govt.
• In case a person with disability (PWD) candidate also belongs to SC or ST or OBC category.

Admission in B.Sc (Medical Technology Radiography) and M.Sc (Radiography & Medical Imaging Technology)

• All the candidates who are found provisionally eligible as per details stated under criteria of eligibility shall be required to appear in the entrance examination which shall be conducted by the University of Delhi.

Application procedure

• The prospectus containing the application form shall be downloaded from the college website www.ucms.ac.in
• Candidates should pay the application fee of Rs. 550/- for UG and Rs. 800/- for PG.
• Every candidate must fill the application form only on online mode through the college website and send it in a envelope superscript B.Sc (MT) Radiography entrance examination to the Principle, University of Medical Science.

• A self attested true copy of matriculation/ Sec. School examination certificate issued by the University/ Board showing the date of birth of the candidate.
• A self attested true copy of the certificate & Mark -sheet from the University/ Board from principle/ Head of the school from which the candidate passed his/her last examination
• An attested true copy of the character certificate of good conduct from principle/ Head of the college/ Institution last attended
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD should attach the copy of the certificate for its claim.
• Disability candidates should enclose a copy of Disability certificate issued by a duly notified Medical Board of a District/Govt. Hospitals set up for examining the physically challenged candidates under provision of the person with disability.

Procedure of selection

• After the declaration of the result of entrance examination, all eligible candidates shall be required to attend the counselling for final offer of admission.
• The candidates selected for admission shall be issued the admission letter by the college & intimated accordingly.

Admission in MD/ MS/ MDS

• First students have to register on the Fmsc.ac.in in order to contact UCMS.
• The candidate may not accept the admission is provisional and if any discrepancies/concealment of facts detected at any state will he be held liable for any consequences.
• Address: it will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that they fill their address in the form.
• It is mandatory for the candidate who is admitted in the MD/MS/MDS course is required to deposit a sum of Rs. 57,220/-
• The candidate is required to submit original certificates and one set of photocopies of the following documents

• Relieving letter
• Relieving letter in case of in-service
• Provisional allotment letter
• Admit card issued by NEET PG
• Rank letter issued by NEET PG
• FMSC registration form and online payment slip of tuition fee MD/MS/MDS Rs. 15,900
• Undertaking for Annual fee caution money/ migration/ DMC registration
• Medical Fitness Certificate (Proforma enclosed) issued by Doctor having minimum qualification of MBBS.
• 10 Class DOB certificate.
• 12 Class Mark sheet
• Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
• MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate.
• Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of the Institution.
• Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/DMC/State Medical/Dental Council/Delhi Dental
• Surety Bond of Rs.10 (Ten Lakh -copy enclosed). The specimen of Surety Bond is attached). The candidates are required to bring the one original identity proof of the sureties and twO photocopies self attested by the two sureties.
• It is mandatory for all PG students to fill anti-ragging undertaking online (by student as well as parent) at
• www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovements.org and submit the hard copies of the same duly signed at the time of admission.
• Six photographs (recent).
• The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable:
• SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. Sub caste
• should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.
• OBC/EWS certificate issued by the competent authority. The sub caste should be tally with the Central List of
• OBC. The OBC /EWS candidate should not belong to Creamy Layer.
• Orthopaedic Physical Disability Certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorised Medical Boards by the
• MCC. No other PH certificate, issued by any other Authorities/Hospital will be entertained.

  Admission in MBBS

• After getting online seat in counselling by MCC and allotment of UCMS, Delhi, the candidate is required to register himself/ herself at website of the faculty of medical science, University of Delhi
• Deposit the fee of Rs. 1500/- for UR/IBC/EWS & Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PWD online at FMSc portal.
• After registration at FMSc, it is advised to the candidate to download the registration form & payment receipt from FMSc website are required to report physically at UCMS: with

• Allotment letter used by the MCC
• Computer generated registration form of FMSc
• Registration fee slip: paid to FMSc (Rs. 1500/- for UR/OBC/EWS) and (Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PWD):
• Online College fee slip, submitted at ucms.ac.in - after completion of admission process.
• Notarized Surety Bond of Rs.3 Lacs; (On the affidavit of Rs.100/- stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public, along-with two sureties and their Aadhar Card (self-attested copies).
• Medical-Fitness-Certificate + Present Status of COVID-Vaccination. (Medical-Fitness-Certificate from the Physician not less than MBBS).
• Online Anti-Ragging-Declaration Form by the Candidate & his/her Parents. (available at: www.antiragging.in & www.amanmovement.org).
•  Gap Year Affidavit: - (The Candidates, who have passed 10+2 Exam prior to 2023 are required to submit an Affidavit (of Rs.10/- stamp paper) explaining the Academic Activities or others about the -˜Gap Period' i.e., after passing the 10+2 Exam./eligibility qualification till joining the UCMS).
•  All Original Certificates like: 10th, 11th, 12th Passing Board Marksheet & Certificate, Principal's Performa, Character Certificate, Behavior Certificate, Caste Certificate etc. & others as mentioned in Check-List of UCMS & BOI of FMSc. (with 1 set of photocopies of above all certificates: self-attested).

• After filling the College Admission Forms & completing the above formalities, the students are advised to report at Counter No. 2 for Documents/Certificate verification where the final -˜ON-LINE' procedure will be initiated and OFFER LETTER will be generated/issued (MCC Website) to the candidates by the Reporting Officer, UCMS.
