MBA CET at YCMOU
To get admission to the MBA program at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, qualifying both eligibility criteria and CET is necessary. Qualifying in only one criterion will not be considered during admissions.
- The CET for MBA is conducted through online mode and students can appear for this test while being at home. They have to just make the necessary arrangements such as Internet connectivity, continuous supply of electricity, and web camera on PC or laptop present at the time of the test.
- No marks are deducted from the test for incorrect answers.
- There will be 100 questions in the test and each question is of 1 mark.
- The test paper will include topics such as Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability, Business Data Interpretation, Business Application, and Business Judgement.
PhD Admissions Process at YCMOU
The following information is related to YCMOU's PhD program admissions:
- Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University gives a weightage of 50% to the master’s degree and 50% to the entrance test and interview round (30% to the entrance test and 20% to the interview).
- Those who have appeared in M.Phil or GATE/NET/JRF or Teacher Fellowship holders are exempted from appearing in the entrance test conducted by YCMOU.
- The entrance test shall be of 200 marks and consist of two papers.
Paper 1 50 marks Paper II 150 marks Both these papers will be conducted in two sessions.
- Paper I is the same for all students irrespective of the branch they have completed a master's degree with. Paper II is subject-specific.
