The ATMA application form for 2025 was made available on December 24, 2024. The last date to complete the registration is February 4, 2025; the application fee payment must be made by February 2, 2025. The registration fee for ATMA is INR 2,000. However, women candidates and those from the northeastern states of India are eligible for a fee concession. The application fee can only be paid online via debit/credit cards, net banking, or UPI. Interested candidates can fill out the application form online and are required to take a printout of the completed form. ATMA 2024 will be conducted in a centre-based online test format for all sessions.
Documents Required for ATMA Registration
The following list of documents will be required for ATMA exam registration:
- Scanned or digital copy photograph and signature (Maximum size: 512 KB)
- Scanned copy of latest OBC (Non-creamy) / SC / ST / DAP category certificate as applicable (Maximum size: 1 MB)
- Scanned copy of mark sheets of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation (Maximum size: 1 MB)
- Sponsored applicants are required to upload sponsoring certificates as per the format available on the ATMA website

Steps to Fill ATMA Application Form 2025
The ATMA registration process includes fee payment and the filling out of the registration form. The steps are explained below in detail.
STEP 1: Fee payment
The first step of ATMA registration is to pay fees online. Here’s how to pay the ATMA registration fee:
- Visit the official website
- Click on the link 'Click here to register for the ATMA exam' on the official website or copy the following: https://apply.atmaaims.com/
- Candidates will be redirected to the fee payment page.
- Candidates must enter their personal details, including email ID, mobile number and Aadhaar number.
- Click on the 'Proceed to Fees Payment' button
- Enter debit/credit card details and make a payment.
- A Personal Identification Number (PID) will be sent to candidates' registered email addresses and mobile numbers through SMS on successful fee payment.
- The PID will work as a login ID for ATMA.
ATMA Application Fee
ATMA registration fee is INR 2,000 (inclusive of GST @ 18 per cent) for all candidates. However, women candidates and candidates from the Northeastern states of India can avail themselves of a fee concession. Look at the table below to know the fee concessions provided to the candidates.

STEP 2: ATMA Registration
- After successful fee payment, candidates can complete the ATMA application form.
- In the ATMA application form, candidates need to fill in details such as PID, name of the candidate, postal address, email ID, date of birth, mobile number, preferred test city, educational qualification, the exact percentage secured in SSC, HSC and Graduation, choice of institutes for reporting ATMA score.
- Upload all the documents required, including passport-size photo and digital signature.
- Once the ATMA registration process is complete, candidates will be given their login passwords. The password will also be sent to candidates' registered email IDs.
- Take a printout of the ATMA registration form.

Applicants must keep the following points in mind during the ATMA exam registration 2025:
- Do not empty any field (marked mandatory) in the ATMA application form.
- AIMS will reject an incomplete ATMA application form.
- Applicants availing of fee concession MUST upload valid proof (Aadhar Card and Birth Certificate) during ATMA registration. An invalid or incorrect proof will result in the cancellation of the application form.
- Apply when the ATMA registration window opens to avoid delays or technical glitches.
