The JKCET test format is established by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations. It is recommended that candidates review the JKCET test pattern 2024 in order to plan their entrance exam preparation. With the JKCET 2024 test pattern, information on the exam format, time allotted for questions, total score, kinds of questions, and more is provided. The JKCET question paper is divided into three sections: mathematics, chemistry, and physics. In addition, students need to be familiar with the JKCET 2024 syllabus in order to properly prepare for the exam.

Question type:
The online question paper will consist of 180 multiple choice type questions in three different parts with four responses given to each question out of which only one response is correct.
Exam Duration:
The exam will be conducted for 180 minutes, but in the case of PwD and SAP candidates they will get 20 minutes extra time to complete the examination.
Examination mode:
The examination will be conducted in Offline mode.
Marking scheme:
One correct answer contains 1 mark however, there are 0.25 negative marks for incorrect answers.
Exam Language:
The language of the examination paper is English.
