The Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) is used for admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programs at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur. This exam is conducted by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay under the guidance of the UCEED-CEED implementation Committee 2025.
The UCEED Score Card is also accepted by several institutions for entrance to their BDes program. The official UCEED website has a list of result sharing institutions that use UCEED scores to admit students to their BDes program.
UCEED 2025
The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay will carry out UCEED 2024 under the direction of the UCEED-CEED Implementation Committee 2024 (henceforth referred to as the UCI Committee).
All nationals, Indian and foreign, are eligible to apply to UCEED 2024. The UCEED 2024 exam must be taken by applicants who wish to be considered for admission to the Bachelor of Design (BDes) program at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB), Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IITD), Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR), and Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing Kolkata (IIITDMJ).
UCEED is a test centre-based examination and has two parts: Part- A is computer based and Part- B contains questions related to sketching that needs to be attempted on the provided sheet. It is compulsory for the candidates to attempt both the parts in the given time. The total time for the examination is three hours.

UCEED 2025 Application process
The first week of October 2024 is when the application form is expected to be made available. For applying for this entrance examination the candidates should have passed in their 12th examination or should have appeared for the qualifying examination will be eligible for the entrance examination.

UCEED 2025: Eligibility
Candidates can check the course-wise eligibility criteria for 2025:
- Age Limit: The candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1999.
- Number of Attempts: A candidate can attempt UCEED a maximum of two times.
- Qualifying examination: The candidate should have passed all subjects in the qualifying examination (Class XII or equivalent) in 2023 OR should be appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2024 to be eligible for attempting UCEED 2024. Students from ALL STREAMS (Science, Commerce, and Arts & Humanities) are eligible. Those who appeared for the first time in their qualifying examination (Class XII) in 2022 or earlier are NOT eligible to appear in UCEED 2024.

UCEED 2025: Admit Card
Candidates should have downloaded the hall ticket from the official website of the University. To download the admit card, candidates should have to enter their registered email ID and password that was generated during the registration process.
Candidates have to carry a print copy of the hall ticket along with two passport-size recent colour photographs at the exam centre on the day of the exam.

UCEED 2025: Result
IIT Bombay will declare 2025 on the result in March 2025. The link to check the result will be updated on the website. To check the result candidates have to provide their email ID and password to check the result of UCEED 2025.
Candidates who have qualified for the will be eligible to appear in the counselling. The counselling of the candidates will be conducted based on the ranking of students.
UCEED 2025: Cut Off
- To check the UCEED 2025 cutoff candidates should have visited the official website of the institute ucee.iitb.ac.in . The cutoff for admission to IITs in 2025 has been made public by the authorities.
- UCEED 2025 Minimum percentage of marks.
- UCEED entrance exam accepting colleges, candidates should meet the minimum UCEED 2025 cut off marks.
- The UCEED 2025 qualifying marks will be different for each category of candidates and are based on the performance of the candidates who appeared on the entrance examination. After the declaration of the result, the UCEED rank list will be released.
