The Government Law College (GLC) in Mumbai was established in 1855. It holds the distinction of being Asia's oldest law college. GLC offers law degree programs that last three and five years. It also provides postgraduate diploma courses in three subjects. GLC, Mumbai, also provides a Diploma in Cyber Law in collaboration with the Asian School of Cyber Law.

Candidates can apply online by visiting the GLC's official website in Mumbai.
The application fee for CET is INR 800 (INR 400 for reserved categories).
Admission forms are also available on the college campus.
The completed application form should be sent to the college within the specified time frame.
The following documents must be attached with the application form:
- Scorecard for CET
- The original statement of marks, along with an attested copy.
- Students wishing to benefit from reservation must provide their original caste certificate.
- Passing certificate and certified copy of a document confirming the date of birth, such as a school leaving certificate.
- Two current passport-sized pictures.
- If a student transfers from another university, a Provincial Eligibility Certificate issued by Mumbai University is necessary.
- The application for the certificate should be sent to the Registrar of Mumbai University in the specified form, together with the fees.
- A Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from a Mumbai University-affiliated college is necessary for students who graduate. The application for the T.C. should be submitted to the college in the appropriate format.
- Foreign students seeking admission must present their passports and student visas at the time of admission. Those with tourist or entrance visas will not be considered.
