The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the hall ticket for the CDS 1 exam 2025 on the official website. The candidates will be able to download their CDS 1 hall ticket 2025 via candidates' login on the official website. Candidates need to use their application number and date of birth to login to the registered accounts.

The CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam is a national-level exam to select candidates for the Indian Armed Forces. The candidates are trained in IMA, INA, AFA, and OTA. The selected candidates undergo rigorous training to be recruited as Lieutenant in the Indian Armed Forces.

  • Step 7: After filling in the details, click on the ‘Submit’ tab
  • Step 8: The CDS 2025 admit card appears on the screen
  • Step 9: Download the admit card and take its printout

  • Candidates should use the latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox Browsers to download CDS admit card
  • Candidates should not use mobile phones to download the CDS admit card. They should use Windows OS on the desktop computer
  • Javascript should be enabled on the browser
  • Candidates should clear the cache and cookies of their browser if they find any problem in downloading the CDS admit card 
  • If candidates are blocked by the server due to repetitive downloading, they should contact UPSC

Discrepancies in UPSC CDS Admit Card

CDS Exam Pattern for IMA, INA, IFA

  • The CDS exam for INA, IMA, and AFA is taken for three subjects - English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Maths 
  • The exam duration for each paper is 2 hours (120 minutes)

The OTA has a different exam pattern as compared to INA, IMA, and AFA. The exam pattern for CDS OTA has been given below for the candidates. The candidates must go through the exam pattern of UPSC CDS OTA to understand the exam better:

  • The OTA exam is taken for two subjects- English and General Ability Test 
  • The total time duration for the OTA exam is 4 hours (2 hours for each paper)
  • Total number of questions: 100 MCQs
  • Maximum marks in each subject are 100 marks 
  • The questions will be available in English and Hindi
