Here are the key updates for the GATE exam 2025

1. The online GATE 2025 registration portal will be live soon.
2. The GATE 2025 information brochure was not yet released by IIT Roorkee.
3. There will be no designated break throughout the three hours that the GATE 2025 exam is planned to run. It is expected that applicants would engage with several exam portions throughout this period to demonstrate their subject-matter expertise.
4. The decision to run the GATE in a continuous 3-hour session is intended to evaluate applicants' endurance, time management skills, and capacity to maintain focus throughout the test.

GATE 2025 Key changes

1. A new paper in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence has been added , bringing the total number of papers to be 30.
2. The GATE exam fee has been increased to Rs. 1800 from Rs. 1700.
3. There will be no exam centers outside India.
