Rajshahi University Entrance Test (RUET-2025)

The application for RUET 2025 will be available from the 2nd week of April 2025. Candidates can fill out the RUET 2025 Application Form online by visiting the official website.

By the last week of May 2025, candidates will need to complete the application. Ensure that all sections of the form are carefully filled out, including all required details.

Admission Process: RUET 2025

Undergraduate Program Admission Process

1. Review and Updates: The admission procedure is annually reviewed, with improvements implemented regularly. Any modifications are announced on the website prior to the admission test.
2. Application Procedure: Students who have passed the H.S.C. examination must apply using the prescribed application form, based on the admission announcement and requirements set by the admission committee.
3. Admission Scrutiny: The admission committee prioritizes applicants based on the sum of their grades in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English from their H.S.C. exams. The top candidates (usually about ten times the total number of available seats) are eligible to sit for the admission test.
4. Admission Test: The admission test is combined and organized, with departmental allocations done based on merit and student preference.
5. Announcement of Results: The list of valid candidates for the admission test is published on the notice board and the university website. Students can collect their Roll Number from these platforms for future reference.

Postgraduate Program Admission Process

1. Application Period: Applications are invited in April and October each year, via advertisements on the university website (www.ruet.ac.bd).
2. Scrutiny and Test: Each department's Admission Committee scrutinizes the applications. Eligible applicants may be required to appear for written and/or oral tests.
3. Final Admission: Successful candidates must complete their registration and payment of fees within the prescribed time frame.
4. Foreign Students: Eligibility for foreign students is evaluated by the equivalence committee.

How to Complete the RUET 2025 Application Form?

Prospective applicants should carefully read the guidelines before completing the application form. To complete the RUET 2025 Application Form, follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official website.
• Carefully read the instructions before starting the registration.
• Click on New Registration.
• Fill in the required details: Name, Course Group, Date of Birth, Residence Eligibility, Reservation Category, and others.
• Enter a valid email address or mobile number and create a password.
• An OTP will be sent to the provided email or mobile number.
• Enter the OTP to validate your contact details.
• After successful verification, your ID and password will be created and sent to your registered email ID.
• Confirm the details, then click on the Sign Up button.

Step 2: Personal Details

• Log in using the registered email and password.
• Fill in your personal details: gender, parent’s names, and identification informationrmation.
• After entering all details, click Save & Continue.

Step 3: Upload Documents

• Photograph: Upload a recent photograph with a size between 20 KB to 50 KB.
• Signature: Upload the signature with a size between 10 KB to 30 KB.
• Thumb Impression: Upload a scanned copy of your thumb impression with a size of up to 100 KB.

Make sure the file sizes adhere to the aforementioned requirements after uploading the necessary documents, then select Save & Continue.

Step 4: Educational informationrmation

• Fill in your educational details, such as the name of the board, school, passing status, and graduation year for both X and XII.
• After filling in the necessary fields, click Save & Continue.
• Review and confirm the details before proceeding by clicking Yes, I confirm my data to be correct.

Step 5: Review the Application

• Before submitting the application, preview all entered details.
• Ensure all informationrmation is accurate, then proceed to the next step.

Step 6: Payment of Fees

• Log in again using your registration ID and password.
• Pay the application fee through the provided online payment options (credit card, debit card, or net banking).
• The application fee will vary based on the subject group chosen.

• After completing all the steps, download Part A and Part B of the application for your reference.
• Print the application form and save it for future reference.
