- The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEE) will conduct OMR based Common Entrance Examination for admission to their provided undergraduate courses in Engineering/ Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture courses of different Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self-Financing Engineering/ Technology Institutes in the State of West Bengal.
- Candidate should have follow the below mentioned steps to apply for application form
Registration
- Candidates should have visited the official website for applying for the application form.
- Then go to the registration page and the candidate will enter personal details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, identification type and number, present and permanent address, mobile number, email ID.
- Candidates must be careful while entering their name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, and domicile. This information cannot be changed/ edited/ modified under any circumstances.
- Then, the candidate has to create a password, review and submit the registration.
- An application number will be generated and will appear on the screen. Also, an SMS/Email will be sent to the registered Mobile no./ Mail-id of the candidate.
- Candidate must remember his/her application number and password. If the candidate forgets the password, they have to recover it through the ‘Forgot Password’ option. There is no other way to recover the password.
- No person/ agency can change/ edit/ input any information without knowing the password. Hence, candidates must not share their passwords with anybody.
Application
- At this stage, the candidate needs to fill in various other information such as domicile, category, PWD status, TFW status, income category, religion, nationality, academic details, etc.
- After that, the candidate needs to choose zones of the examinations in order of his/her choice and submit the application.
Uploading of Images
- The candidate is required to upload JPG/JPEG images of his/her recent colour photograph (10 to 200kb) and signature (4 to 30kb).
Payment of examination fee
Candidates should pay the examination fee through net banking/ debit card/ credit card/ UPI/ QR code.

Confirmation Page
Upon successfully completing all the above steps, the candidate shall be directed to download the ‘Confirmation Page’ which means that the application is complete. Application is not complete until the confirmation page is generated.
