DDU: Placements 2025 – Highest Package, Average Salary, Top Recruiters

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University has more than 12,000 enrolled students at the university and more than 50% are female. It has successfully put into practice a number of cutting-edge plans and initiatives to give students a well-rounded education. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College's Placement Cell is dedicated to providing students with exceptional professional possibilities. We assisted with placements in esteemed companies for the 2023-2024 school year, making sure our students had bright futures ahead of them. 39 prestigious Organisations participated in this placement season, including CodeYoung, PSA, Learning Routes, Accenture, RSA, Zomato, India First Life Insurance, Deloitte, Candour Capital, Kinesso, Planet Spark, Clairvolex, Infollion Research Services, and more.

These businesses were from a variety of industries, including FMCG, IT, finance, consulting, and manufacturing. Offer letters were sent to 41 students in total; the maximum package was for INR 23.5 LPA, the average package was for INR 5.22 LPA, and the median CTC was for INR 4.5 LPA. The CTCs, which varied from 3.5 LPA to 23.5 LPA, demonstrated the diversity of options accessible to our students.

The Placement Cell was pleased to host the Hybrid Internship Fair 4.0 in February 2024. This event marked a major advancement in our mission to offer top-notch job options to students across the country. More than 1800 people registered for the event from different locations and colleges.

Further, More than 20 organisations conducted interviews on campus, and more than 50 businesses used internet platforms for their interview procedures, guaranteeing accessibility and wide involvement. Positions in fields like content, data analytics, and human resources were provided to students. Writing, Finance, and Business Development. The largest stipend that was provided was an outstanding Twenty thousand Indian rupees. The fair emphasised how important it is for our university to connect intellectual achievement in the workplace.

To provide additional assistance to our students, the Placement Cell arranged multiple workshops, seminars, as well as instruction

58 of the 148 students that signed up for the 2023 placements were placed. The placement rate as a whole was 38.19%. 29 businesses in all took part in the 2023 campaign. For the 2023 cohort, the highest package offered by Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College was INR 21.50 LPA, while the average package was INR 7 LPA. Axis Bank, Willis Tower Watson, EY GDS, and many more well-known businesses took part in the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College placements in 2023.

The outcome for several of the companies is still pending.

Over 150 students received internships at prestigious businesses. We're still waiting on a few companies' results.

The placement cell arranged the following training courses, workshops, seminars, career counselling, and lectures by well-known resource people in order to assist students.

May 19-20, 2020: The Placement Cell held its inaugural Virtual Internship Fair with great success. More than 35 businesses with more than 50 different profiles, including those in app development, HR, data analytics, marketing, and sales, were on board.
