DDU Gorakhpur University is constantly concerned with its students' overall growth. Various university bodies and units are always working towards this goal. In addition to the office, the Dean of Students Welfare (DSW) and a group of educators (ADSW3) work together to raise awareness and discover students' talents by offering a venue for extracurricular activities on and off campus, health care through the university health centre, and other services.
Providing financial support, either directly or through collaboration with government agencies, is one of the unique aspects of DSW activities. The DSW office's overall financial support initiatives are:

International Fellowship of Maha Yogi Shri Guru Gorakshnath
This foreign fellowship is available through the university's foreign Cell. The fellowship invites applications from overseas candidates in an effort to globalize education. The fellowships offered under this category offer international students complete assistance with housing, settling in, and adjusting to a new environment. International students are welcome to apply to any of the study programs.
International research students will receive two three-year fellowships valued at Rs 1,000,000 annually.
There will be ten scholarships available for international UG/PG students, each worth Rs 80,000,000.
Five fellowships will be awarded to Indian research students for their travel and stay in other countries for brief work assignments. The fellowships include: (a) a travel grant up to an actual maximum of Rs. 1,00,000
(a) A $1000 monthly sustenance fund, with a six-month maximum limit.
(c) A contingency of $1000 for a stay of three months and $2000 for a stay of six months.

Guru Gorakshanth Maha Yogi Fellowship for Super Hundred Athletes
The chosen athletes or students who are accepted into the following programs will receive free meals, free hostel rooms, free education, and free coaching as part of this DDU Gorakhpur University fellowship offer. BA/B.Com/B.Sc./B.Agri/BCA/BBA/BA LLB
There will be 100 spots set aside for this fellowship, with 20% of those spots going to female applicants. Students must have a valid National Level sports participation certificate from a tournament that has been duly recognised by one of the following: Sports Federation, Indian Olympic Association, State or Central Government. The eligibility requirements for this fellowship will vary depending on the course chosen at DDU Gorakhpur. The following games are covered by this fellowship:

Note: In order to be eligible for any of the DDU Gorakhpur University scholarships listed above, students must complete the comprehensive scholarship application form and turn it into the appropriate department or faculty. Furthermore, all qualifying requirements must be satisfied.

Doctoral Fellowship at DDU Awarded to 200 Deserving Researchers
In order to support the coursework and extracurricular activities of people or students who wish to pursue research in a particular field and have achieved top ranks in Research Eligibility Test (RET) in their respective subjects, the University has planned to award fellowships to 200 deserving research students from various faculties. In addition to giving them financial support, it will give their study greater credibility by enabling them to devote more time to it at a crucial juncture in their future ambitions. The planned financial aid for 200 Ph.D. students is Rs. 10,000.00 per student each month plus a contingency of Rs. 15,000 per student/amum throughout each academic session.
In order to meet students' financial needs, the university is developing and preparing to investigate additional, varied plans to support students as much as possible with its own resources and by drawing in individuals, businesses, and other organizations to support this admirable goal of providing financial support to students.
