Uceed Admit Card

IIT Bombay will release the admit cards for the UCEED 2025 exam on January 3, 2025. Candidates can download it directly from the portal using their registered email ID and password. Please note that hard copies of the admit card will not be sent to candidates.

The UCEED 2025 exam will be held on January 19, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM. On the day of the exam, make sure to carry a valid photo ID along with your admit card. The admit card will include essential details such as the candidate’s roll number, name, exam center address, exam timings, and reporting time. It will also contain important instructions for the exam. Latecomers may not be allowed inside the exam center.

How to Download UCEED 2025 Admit Card

To download the admit card, follow these steps:

1. Click on the admit card download link.
2. Candidates will be redirected to a login page.
3. Enter email ID and password.
4. Once logged in, the admit card will appear on the screen. Students can download it in PDF format.
5. Download the file and take a printout.

How to Resolve Discrepancies in UCEED 2025 Admit Card?

Candidates should carefully check all the details on the admit card. If there are any errors, contact the UCEED office at IIT Bombay through email (uceed@iitb.ac.in). Common discrepancies include:

• Incorrect spelling of the candidate’s name
• Missing informationrmation such as roll number or exam center details
• Blurred or unclear print

UCEED 2025 Exam Day Instructions

IIT Bombay has outlined specific instructions for candidates to follow on the exam day, which will be provided in the admit card.

Identity Verification

• Candidates’ identity will be verified by the invigilators as well as representatives from IIT Bombay.
• If there are any doubts about identity, candidates may not be allowed to sit for the exam unless certain formalities are completed. However, no extra time will be provided for this.

Impersonation/Unfair Means

• Any use of unfair means or impersonation will lead to immediate disqualification and may result in legal action.

Reporting Time

• Candidates must report to their UCEED exam center by 7:00 AM.
• You will need to bring your admit card and a valid photo ID for biometric verification before entering the exam hall.

Exiting the Exam Hall

• You must stay in the exam hall for the entire duration of the exam.

Blank Sheets

• Blank sheets will be provided for rough work. These must be returned to the invigilator after Part A of the UCEED 2025 exam.

Stationery

• Bring your own drawing materials such as pens, pencils, sketch pens, and colors. Drawing sheets are not allowed inside the exam hall.

Prohibited Items

• Electronic devices like mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, tablets, or any study material are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. A list of prohibited items will be provided on the website ahead of the exam.
