UPSEE (UPCET) known as Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination. It is conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh, and it is a state-level entrance examination. UPSEE exam is conducted for admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering, management, pharmacy, architecture and other fields provided by colleges and Universities in Uttar Pradesh.
This exam can take both residents of Uttar Pradesh and other candidates from other states. This exam is only held once a year. UPSEE (UPCET 2025) application form will be available through online mode.
How to apply
To fill the UPSEE application form, candidates can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Registration- Visit the official website of AKTU or the UPCET portal and click on the registration link. Click on ‘New Registration’ and fill the required details such as name, email address, mobile number etc. after entering the details, submit the form to receive the registration credentials.
Step 2: Fill the personal details- Log in the portal using the registration credentials then received on the mail or provided mobile number. Fill in personal details such as name, date of birth gender, category, nationality etc. make sure all the information is correct and double-check for any errors.
Step 3: Academic Details- Candidates should enter their academic details, including the qualifying examination details, board/ University name, year of passing, percentage/ CGPA obtained, etc. provide accurate information regarding the educational background.
Step 4: Upload Documents- candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of the recent photograph and signature as per the specified dimensions and file formats. Make sure the scanned copies meet the specified requirements to avoid any issues during the application process.
Step 5: Course selection- select the course that candidates wish to apply for through UPCET. Choose the appropriate course and ensure that they align with the eligibility and interests.
Step 6: Review and submit- Candidates should carefully review all the information that has been entered in the application form to ensure its accuracy. If any changes or corrections are required, make them before submitting the form.
Step 7: Pay application fee- Pay the application fee as per the instructions provided on the website. The fee can be paid online through various payment methods including debit/ credit card, net banking, etc. candidates should make sure to keep a copy of payment receipt or transaction details for future reference.
Step 8: Print the application form- After submission of the application form and payment of the fee, take a printout of the confirmation page or application form. This may be required during the counselling or admission process.
