The integrated B.Pharm + MBA degree offered by NMIMS is designed to integrate scientific and business expertise to prepare students ready to pursue two distinct career options in pharmacy and management. The initial three years cover basic courses, such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry, and then gradually introduces research, regulatory affairs and elective specialization in higher pharmaceutics fields.

 

During the last years, the students have been focused on issues of management, including Marketing, Financial Management, Strategy, and Operations, included in the syllabus with internships and live industry projects. This prepares students to work in pharmaceutical production and research through this curriculum, but they also become equipped to take leadership, marketing, and entrepreneurial roles in the global healthcare and pharma sector.

B.Pharm + MBA Semester-Wise Syllabus

The NMIMS Pharmacy B.Pharm + MBA integrated program is a two-part course that combines core pharmaceutical sciences with specialized business and management studies. The initial six semesters include pharmaceutical basics, such as pharmaceutics, pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, and quality assurance. Later semesters include research, practice schools, and pharmacy electives. The last years cover MBA topics such as Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and Supply Chain Management, setting graduates up for director positions in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
