MAT 2025 will be held on September 21 for the Paper-Based Test (PBT) and September 28 for the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Registrations are now open and will close on September 15 for PBT and September 22 for CBT.

The CAT 2025 notification is out. Registrations begin on August 1, 2025, and will remain open until September 13, 2025IIM Kozhikode will conduct the exam on November 30, 2025, in multiple shifts across 170+ cities.

Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) provides a variety of scholarship schemes to support meritorious students, thereby fostering an exceptional academic environment. The aim is to ensure equitable access to higher education for the economically disadvantaged sections of society and individuals with disabilities. The university has put up a sum of INR 4,67,00,000 for the ADBU Merit Scholarship, which is awarded based on a student's performance in the qualifying exam at the time of admission. This scholarship is offered for several programmes of study, each with specific eligibility requirements, continuation conditions, and allocated student numbers.

ADBU- Merit Scholarship for BTech

For students pursuing BTech, three categories of scholarships are available based on performance in the PCM subject group, NE, and JEE/CEE merit list. Further, there is a provision for students who have represented in sports at the NE level.

 

ADBU- Merit Scholarship for Postgraduate Courses

The postgraduate courses covered under the ADBU Merit Scholarship include MSC (Biochemistry, Biotech, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Zoology), MA (Mass Communication), MCom, MSW, MSc (Mathematics, Psychology), MA (Economics, English, Education, Public Administration), MTech, and MCA. Scholarships are given based on performance in the qualifying exam and representation in sports at the NE level.

 

ADBU- Means Scholarship Programs

ADBU also offers the Means Scholarship Programs for students from low-income families. This includes specific numbers of scholarships for different courses, each offering an amount per semester to the eligible students.

 

ADBU- Scholarship for Physically Challenged

ADBU offers scholarships for physically challenged students for all Graduate and Post Graduate Programmes at the University. The students must hold a Certificate of Disability from the Government of India to be eligible for this scholarship.

Note: Means-Based Scholarships and Scholarships for the Physically Challenged are awarded for a semester at a time. The awardees will continue to get this scholarship in subsequent semesters, provided they do not have any ‘F’ graded course in the previous semester. If the awardee has ‘F’ graded courses in any two semesters, the scholarship will be stopped.
