Note: Students are required to pay extra costs of INR 3000 for washing and INR 13,000 for the mess per semester. Additionally, there is a refundable caution charge of INR 5000 at the time of admission.
Chitkara University Payment Methods and Installments
Payment of Fees and Seat Confirmation: Students will not be admitted unless the entire fee has been paid at the time of counseling.
- The fee must be paid to Chitkara University via demand draft, debit card, credit card, or net banking due in Chandigarh. The University will not take checks.
- In the months that the university notifies them, all registered students must pay their fees semester by semester.
- Following the University's policies, late fee payments will result in a fine.
Fees Refund: If a withdrawal application is submitted before the start of the session, fees will be fully repaid, less a deduction of Rs 1,000 for processing fees. If a withdrawal request is submitted after classes have started, fees will be reimbursed after a pro-rata deduction and a deduction of Rs 1000 processing fees within ninety days of the start of the school year; the cost will be reimbursed if the refund request is submitted before the session's commencement.
