AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling: Registration (July 7), Document Required, Seat Allotment

AP EAMCET Counselling 2025 commenced on July 7, and the last date to register is July 16, 2025. The MPC counselling link has been activated on the AP EAMCET official website, eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. Students who have qualified for the AP EAMCET Exam 2025 and are interested in admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses in colleges across Andhra Pradesh must participate in the counselling process. The counselling will be conducted in three rounds in total. Students can exercise the web options from June 13 to June 18, 2025. The possibility of a third phase will depend on the seat availability after the first two rounds.

Separate AP EAMCET Counselling Dates 2025 for BiPC will be announced, which will be conducted after the MPC counselling. For agriculture-related courses, counselling will be organized separately by Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. A detailed schedule will be published soon on the official portal.

Who can participate in the AP EAMCET Counselling?

To be able to participate in the AP EAMCET counselling, students are required to meet certain conditions, and they are as follows:

• In order to participate in the AP EAMCET counselling 2025, candidates have to qualify for this exam and secure a rank.
• Must have passed the 10+2 examination.
• For the general category students, the minimum marks required are 45% marks in group subjects.
• Reserved category students must secure at least 40% marks in group subjects.
• The minimum age of the candidates should be 16 years.

AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Process

The counselling process of AP EAMCET 2025 includes the following major steps: registration, document verification, web option entry, and seat allotment reporting. Step 1 – Registration & Fee Payment

Visit the official website sche.ap.gov.in, click on EAPCET Admissions, and open the registration form. Enter the AP EAMCET 2025 Admit Card number and date of birth.

• If the displayed details are correct, accept the declaration and proceed to pay the counselling fee online.
• If there are any mistakes, use the correction option, upload valid documents, and proceed to the payment gateway.
• Processing Fee:
• OC/BC – INR 1,200
• SC/ST – INR 600

Step 2 – Document Verification

Once the fee is paid, document verification is done either online or offline.

• If the certificates are verified through official web services, no further action is needed.
• If not, uploaded documents will be reviewed by Help Line Centre officials.

Step 3 – Check Verification Status

The certificate verification status can be checked using the Admit Card number and date of birth. If found eligible, the candidate can proceed to the web option entry. If not eligible, the verification process is still ongoing and will be completed shortly.

Step 4 – Web Option Entry

Log in on scheduled dates and choose preferred colleges and courses in order of preference. Save and lock the choices once finalised.

Step 5 – Seat Allotment

Depending on the preference of the candidate and the choice he/she make, APSCHE will assign the seats. The provisional allotment result may be seen by logging in and downloading the provisional allotment letter.

Step 6 – Reporting to the Allotted Institute

Report to the allotted college with the seat allotment letter and original documents as per the given schedule to confirm admission.

Documents Required for AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling

AP EAMCET Counselling Documents Required include scorecard, admit card, study certificate, category certificate (if any), and many more. • Residence Certificate showing 7 years of study in Andhra Pradesh, applicable for private candidates
• Residence Certificate of Parent (Father/Mother) for 10 years in Andhra Pradesh (excluding employment period outside the state), issued by the Tahsildar for non-local candidates
• Integrated Caste Certificate for SC/ST/BC candidates, issued by the competent authority
• Income Certificate (issued on or after January 1, 2021) or White Ration Card with the candidate’s and parents’ names, for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement
• Local Status Certificate (if applicable), for candidates migrating from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh between June 2, 2015 and June 1, 2025
