IIT Delhi, the exam conducting authority of IIT JAM has released the IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card on the official website in online mode. The IIT JAM 2025 admit card was released on January 06, 2025. Eligible candidates for the JAM entrance exam whose applications will get successfully processed shall also obtain the respective JAM Hall Ticket 2025 online by registering themselves by accessing the link available online on the web portal via an enrolment ID/ e-mail ID and password respectively.

IIT JAM 2025 admit card can be downloaded in PDF format that will include the JAM 2025 examination center details, venue, shift timings, and reporting timings. The aspirants needed to download the admit card and then take a clear printout of the same. Candidates must preserve and retain their JAM admit cards as this is a document of immense importance. Candidates carrying the IIT JAM 2025 admit card were permitted to take the science entrance exam. On February 2, 2025, the IIT JAM 2025 test will be held in the nation at 116 testing centers.

Exam officials will administer the IIT JAM 2025 exam in two shifts of three hours each. The morning shift will run from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for subjects like Chemistry, Geology, and Mathematics, and the afternoon shift will run from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm for subjects like Biotechnology, Physics, Economics, & Mathematical Statistics. The students must carefully go through the IIT JAM exam pattern 2025 before beginning the preparation for the examination. How to Download IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card?

Candidates can download their IIT JAM 2025 exam admit card by following the below steps:

Step 1: Open the official website of IIT JAM 2025 - jam.iitm.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the 'JOAPS Admit Card' link- https://jam.iitm.ac.in/ 

Step 3: Enter enrollment/ email ID and password

Step 4: Solve the given arithmetic expression

Step 5: Click on the 'Submit' button

Step 6: Check the declaration box

Step 7: Enter virtual signature- Candidate's full name

Step 8: Click the download admit card button

Step 9: Print it out and take a peep at IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card

Note* - After downloading, the candidates are required to take a printout of the IIT JAM admit card and carry it to the allotted exam center along with an original copy of valid ID proof. It must be noted that candidates without their admit card or ID proof at the time of the exam would not be allowed to appear for the exam.

What to do if the IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card cannot be downloaded?

If the admit card cannot be downloaded then he/she can get in touch with Chairman JAM of the IIT/ IISc whose territory this first choice of test city falls into by making phone/ fax/ email contact. The online enrolment ID, name, mobile number, email ID, mailing address, & city code of the desired test center should be provided by the candidate, while contacting, to avail information about the registration number and the name of the test center allotted, revealing the official website.

After downloading, the candidate needs to print the IIT JAM Admit Card and bring it to the allotted exam center. On the day of the entrance examination, candidates taking IIT JAM 2025 need to carry the following documents along with their admit cards. Important Instructions on IIT JAM 2025 Admit Card

Candidates need to read the below-mentioned instructions present on their admit card for the IIT JAM exam very carefully.

1. Aspirants need to take their JAM 2025 admit card to their designated test center with one photo ID. The photocopy of ID proof is not accepted. The Photo ID cards with which aspirants can approach their IIT JAM exam center are- College ID, Employer ID, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, and Aadhaar-UID.
2. The print of the IIT JAM admits card should be taken by using a color laser printer (preferably) on an A4-size paper. Once the printout of the admit card has been taken, candidates should verify that their signature and photograph are visible.
3. The aspirants are advised to visit or locate their examination center at least a day in advance of the examination.
4. Candidates should make sure that their fingertips are not covered with any sort of coating (such as ink, mehndi, henna, or tattoo) as a biometric system of verification will be performed on the day of the exam.
5. Applicants are required to reach their designated IIT JAM examination center at least 90 minutes before the exam starts for identity verification.
6. After their credentials are verified by the JAM Officials, candidates will be permitted to sit for the IIT JAM exam. 
7. Before the IIT JAM 2025 begins, candidates will be allowed to sit at their assigned seat 40 minutes in advance of the scheduled time for the exam. In addition, 20 minutes before the exam, candidates will be permitted to log in and read the instructions of the exam.
8. Candidates will not be able to log in 30 minutes after the exam has started.
9. Candidates will not be allowed to leave their exam hall before the exam ends.
10. In the IIT JAM exam, a virtual scientific calculator' is to be provided to candidates on their computer screens. Candidates are communicated through a notice that they shall not be permitted to take into the examination hall their calculators, mobile phones, watches/wristwatches, or any other electronic appliances. Moreover, IIT JAM exam authorities disown their responsibility for ensuring that the personal belongings of candidates are kept safe.
11. Candidates are advised not to carry any charts/ tables/ papers to the exam hall. For scribbling, candidates will be given scribble pads. The candidate is required to write their name & registration number on the scribble pad before they use it. When the exam ends, the scribble pad has to be returned to the invigilator.
