AIIMS Delhi includes intakes of students by considering merit in the relevant qualification and valid entrance exam scores like NEET, INI CET, AIIMS MSc etc. In the year of 2025, The College has declared the final selection list for all the categories based on marks in relevant qualification for all the branches of the College.
The Institute has made a criteria of minimum cut off of 47 rank for various courses of UG program for the categories like General based on NEET 2025 score.it has announced its First Round cut off rank for admission in the college. The cutoff was decided by the College for the various courses of the Undergraduate program.
