22 Sept, 2025 : Registration for CAT 2025 is now closed. The exam will be conducted on November 30, 2025, in multiple shifts across more than 170 cities.
7 Aug, 2025 : MAT 2025 will be held on September 21 for the Paper-Based Test (PBT) and September 28 for the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Registrations are now open and will close on September 15 for PBT and September 22 for CBT.

To take admission in G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management candidates must qualify UPCET/GATE/ MAT/ CAT exams as per the institute requirements. For BTech courses, candidates can take admission through merit of class 12 and UPCET/ JEE Main scores are considered.

 

Exams required

UPCET: Uttar Pradesh Combined Entrance Test (UPCET) is the gateway to take admission to various courses at the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) level including the courses BTech and BCA.

GATE: The Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering exam (GATE) is a national-level test organised for admission in M.Tech courses provided by the institute.

MAT: Candidates have to qualify Management Aptitude Test (MAT) exam for admission to the MBA program provided by the institute.

CAT: The Common Admission Test exam is a national-level test to take admission to MBA programs provided by the institute.

JEE Main: The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is a national-level engineering entrance exam. It is mandatory for students seeking admission to B.Tech courses provided by the Institute.

 

How to check the Result

UPCET

  • Visit the official website of UPCET.
  • Click on the results link available on the homepage of the website.
  • Enter the login details and click on submit.
  • Result will be displayed on the screen.

GATE

  • Visit the official website GOAPS portal website.
  • Login using the GATE Credentials, including enrollment ID or email address and password.
  • Click on the GATE Result
  • The GATE result will appear on the screen, where candidates can check their qualifying GATE cutoff along with personal details and marks scored.

MAT

  • Visit the official MAT website at https://mat.aima.in .
  • Click on the tab Download score card button on the homepage.
  • Enter the login credentials, including MAT registration number and date of birth.
  • Click on submit
  • MAT scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

JEE Main

  • To check the JEE Main result, candidates should visit the JEE Main official website- jeemain.nta.ac.in result.
  • Click on the JEE Main result link.
  • Enter the JEE Main application number, password/date of birth and security pin.
  • Click on the submit button.
  • The result will be displayed on the screen.
