Technical problem
If student face any technical problem that causes the money to be taken out of the payer's account and not appear in our official ERP, but the payment gateway provider makes it apparent that the payment has been confirmed and that the Institution's account will be credited as a result. The payment is manually entered into our ERP. Seven to ten business days should pass before the money is credited to the institution's account.
Case of Multiple Payments:
After payment is received into the Institution's account, the Institution will reimburse the payment if there is a duplicate payment and the payment gateway service makes it obvious. The refund payment arrive within 7 to 10 working days, or at the payer's request, they can change the amount to the next dues fee.
Case of Other Payments:
The parent can contact with the institution directly in all other situations where there is a difference in the amount paid, and the institution's judgment is final.
