Online Manipal: Admissions Guide 2025: Process, Requirements, and Key Dates

Online Manipal admission 2025 will be based on both merit and entrance. The Online Manipal University courses offer various degrees at UG and PG levels in online mode in multiple disciplines such as Information Technology, Arts, Computer Applications, Management, Commerce, etc. Admission to the Online Manipal courses is provided by various partnered institutes or universities such as the Manipal University, Manipal Institute of Technology and TAPMI, and Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Online Manipal University accepts national-level entrance exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc., to offer admission to the MBA courses. Candidates applying to the Online Manipal University should make an application fee payment of INR 500 to complete the process. The application fee is to be paid in online mode through any of these payment gateways- UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Baking.

Documents Required for Online Manipal University Admission

Candidates seeking admission to any course at Online Manipal University must possess mandatory documents during the application process. These documents are listed below.

• Class 10 Mark Sheet.
• Class 12 Mark Sheet (In case the result has already been declared).
• Graduation or equivalent Mark Sheet (For candidates applying for post-graduate programs).
• Graduation Certificate (For candidates applying for post-graduate programs).
• Entrance Test Mark Sheet / Rank Certificate. This is only for the candidates applying to the MBA program (In case the result has already been declared).
• Work Experience Details (Only for students applying to the Executive MBA program).
• Domicile Certificate (for students belonging to the Madhya Pradesh state).
• A valid ID Proof of the candidate (Aadhar Card/ PAN Card / Election Voting Card/ Passport/Driving license)
• 3 copies of the candidate’s passport-sized coloured photographs.
• Caste Certificate for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, issued by the competent authority.
• Caste Validity Certificate is for all candidates belonging to the reserved category except the ST candidates.
• A valid and recent Non-Creamy layer certificate was issued by the Competent Authority for the Reserved Category but is not applicable to candidates belonging to the SC and ST category.
• Tribe Validity Certificate (Only applicable to the students belonging to the ST category).
• Gap Certificate (if applicable).
• Candidate’s Original Transfer Certificate/ School Leaving Certificate.
• Candidate’s Original Migration Certificate.
• Candidate’s Original Character Certificate.
• Certificate of change of candidate's name if applicable (Published in the Government Gazette).
• Two self-attested copies of each of the above documents.
• Necessary Certificate for students belonging to Jammu & Kashmir or an NRI Student.
• Domicile of the candidate’s father, in the case of the candidate, is a ward of Ex-Servicemen.
• Blood Group of the candidate.
