In this latest placement drive, companies offered roles in various domains like sales and marketing, consulting, IT, analytics, finance and operations. The highest international CTC offered was INR 85.40 LPA, and the highest domestic CTC stood at INR 75.60 LPA. The average CTC offered was INR 27.30 LPA, and the median CTC stood at INR 25 LPA. The top 10% of students received an average CTC of INR 53.1 LPA, while the top 25% received an average of INR 40.6 LPA and top 50% of students received an average CTC of INR 33.5 LPA.
The recruitment season witnessed strong participation from over 120 recruiters, offering diverse roles across industries like BFSI, consulting, FMCG, IT, logistics, healthcare, and more. Some of the top recruiters who participated in the placement process include Amazon, Adani, Cipla, Axis Bank, Coca-Cola, Dabur, Flipkart, HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank, J&J, Microsoft, Samsung, Swiggy and PhonePe.
IIFT Delhi also offers a Summer Internship Program (SIP) as a key part of MBA in International Business (IB) program. This program helps students gain real-world experience, understand how companies work, and explore possible career options. Big companies like Amazon, Adani, Microsoft, Cipla, Coca-Cola, Dabur, Flipkart, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Samsung, Swiggy, and PhonePe gave jobs to the students.
IIFT Delhi Placements 2024 Sector-Wise
Professional Services led the placement drive, contributing 23% of the total offers, followed by the BFSI sector at 21%. Information Technology accounted for 17% of the roles. FMCG/FMCD/Retail made up 14% of the offers. The Energy, Industrial, Materials, and Real Estate sector contributed 8%, while E-commerce and Telecom collectively made up 6%. Transportation, logistics, and trade comprised 5%, and Pharma & Healthcare secured 4% of the roles. The automobile sector contributed 2%.
IIFT Delhi Placements 2024 Domain-Wise
At IIFT, most job offers came from Sales and Marketing (22%). Finance was next with 21% of offers, followed by Consulting at 18%. General Management made up 15% of offers, while 14% went to Trade and Operations. Lastly, 10% of the offers were in IT and Analytics.
