IMM Delhi Admission 2025 - Courses, Fees, Eligibility, Application Process

IMM Delhi is a private business school, offering undergraduate (BBA) and postgraduate (PGDM) courses in business and management. For admissions into BBA, candidates must have completed 10+2, and for PGDM admissions, students must hold a relevant bachelor's degree. Students who are in the final year can apply for the courses. However, if admitted, applicants must submit all the documents before the deadline. Students must submit entrance exam scores like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT or GMAT for the PGDM course. The IMM Delhi fees for the PGDM program is INR 10,80,000 for two years.

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

Students applying for PGDM at the IMM Delhi must note that there are multiple rounds of applications at the institute. Hence, students need to apply online before the admission round on the website. Details about the admission are given below:

Application Form

Applicants have to submit the application form from the website. They must also complete the application form before the Group Discussion/Personal Interview (GD/PI) dates. Also, they should remember that GD/PI dates will be released later, and the schedule will depend on the number of candidates. Students should also submit CAT/ XAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT scores for the PGDM program.

Applicants will be shortlisted based on merit, and only suitable candidates will be invited for group discussion and personal interviews. The GD/PI will be held at the IMM Campus, New Delhi, and at eight other centres, i.e. Chandigarh, Dehradun, Greater Noida, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Ranchi & Varanasi.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent (10+2+3) in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
• Final-year students of a bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply, but they must fulfil the eligibility requirements and submit their mark sheets within the deadlines.

After the screening of candidates, IMM Delhi will publish a list of shortlisted candidates.

Fee Submission

The shortlisted students must then pay the first instalment of the tuition fee within the given time as indicated in the admission offer letter to confirm their seat. Otherwise, the offer will then be extended to candidates on the waiting list.

Refund of Fees

IMM New Delhi follows AICTE guidelines and policy, and can refund the fee after deducting INR 1,000 as a processing fee. Also, this is for students who withdraw their admission before the last admission date. However, the application fee (INR 900) is non-refundable.

Step 2: Then, applicants must verify their email and proceed with their application process.

Step 3: After that, students must pay the application fee of INR 900.

Step 4: Finally, students can complete and submit the application form.

XAT 2026 Registration

• XLRI Jamshedpur released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
• To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
• Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
• In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
• The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
• Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
• Online facility is available to submit the fee.
• INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
• Online payment gateways such as Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets) are available.

• Click on the “Register” button on the homepage.
• Begin registration by entering your basic details.
• After registration, you’ll receive login credentials.
• Use those credentials to log in to your account.
• Complete the application form with your personal, academic, and communication details.
• Choose your preferred XLRI programme and select any two test cities.
• Upload the required scanned documents in the specified format.
• Click on the “Submit” button to move to the payment section.
• Go to the “Payment” tab and select a suitable online payment method.
• Pay the application fee through the available gateways.
• Review all the filled information carefully.
• Click on “Final Submit” to complete the application process.
• Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
