IMS Ghaziabad was established in 1990 located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The college is approved by AICTE and accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college offers PGDM and FPM courses. The campus is spread over 4.7 acres and provides all facilities like auditorium, digital classrooms, hostels, cafeterias, departmental labs, a sports complex, a library and many others.

The flagship course offered by IMS Ghaziabad is PGDM and the intake for the PGDM program including all specializations, is 360 students and the fees for the PGDM course is INR 9,50,000 for two years. Additionally, the institute offers excellent placement opportunities to its students, with the highest CTC in 2024 reaching INR 40 LPA. IMS Ghaziabad also offers scholarships on merit basis and if candidates have scored above 90% in CAT/XAT, they can earn INR 75,000 in scholarships.

CAT 2025 registration started on 1 August, 2025, (10:00 AM), and the window will remain open until 13 September, 2025, (till 5:00 PM). Candidates will be able to download their admit cards between 5 November and 30 November, 2025. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on 30 November 2025. The results are expected to be declared in the first week of January 2026. The CAT registration fee has been increased to INR 2,600 for General category candidates and INR 1,300 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.

IMS Ghaziabad offers PGDM and FPM programs at the postgraduate and doctoral level. Candidates are required to complete graduation with at least 50% marks to be eligible for PGDM admission. Meanwhile, for FPM, applicants must hold a master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks and qualify for entrance exams, such as CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE, UGC-JRF, NET, SET or Research Aptitude Test (RAT) conducted by IMS Ghaziabad.

1. Fill the application form on-line by paying an amount of INR 1,100 and attach duly attested copies of the following documents:

• Attested copy of CAT/ MAT/XAT/CMATscore.
• Certificate and Marksheet of (10th, 12th & Graduation)
• Aadhaar Card

2. Submit the form online.

3. Candidates will then be called for GD-PI

4. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via call/email

5. Within the period of 15 days of result declaration, candidates have to submit the first instalment.

• Notification Release: The official CAT 2025 notification was released by IIM Kozhikode on July 27, 2025.Registration Start Date: The online registration window opened on August 1, 2025.
• Last Date to Apply: Candidates must complete their registration by 13 September, 2025.

How to Register:

• Registration is online only via the official CAT portal.
• A valid and unique email address and mobile number are required to initiate the registration process.
• Upon registration, candidates will receive a User ID and Password to log in and complete the application form.

Important Guidelines:

• Candidates can fill out the form in multiple sessions — progress will be saved automatically.
• Double-check all details before paying the application fee, as no edits will be allowed after payment.
• Incomplete or incorrect information may result in the immediate rejection of your application.
• SC/ST/PwD candidates must upload valid category certificates during the registration process. Category changes are not allowed post-registration.

A correction window will be provided after registration closes, but only for a limited time.
