26 Sept, 2025 : IIT Guwahati has announced changes to the GATE 2026 schedule to avoid a clash with the UPSC Engineering Services Examination (ESE) on February 8, 2026. The GATE 2026 committee has confirmed that papers such as CE, EC, EE, GE, GG, IN, ME, and PI will not be held on this date, in line with the UPSC Annual Calendar. The updated schedule will be released soon.

4 Sept, 2025 : IIEST Shibpur has secured the #4th position in the NIRF 2025 Architecture Rankings, strengthening its reputation in architecture and planning.
