Admission: The teachers at our college are really nice and make you feel at ease. They encourage everyone to ask questions, even if you're shy. They always give clear answers and help you out. I feel confident in their guidance because they are all very experienced.

Placement: If you're studying hotel management here, you get to try out all kinds of jobs at hotels like cooking, housekeeping, serving, and front desk stuff. The big brands like ITC, Hyatt, JW Marriott, and others come for placements. It's a good opportunity to kickstart your career in the industry.

Campus: We have different labs like production lab, computer lab, housekeeping lab, F&B lab, etc. The hygiene is top-notch and we even have medical facilities on campus. They keep us engaged with lots of events happening all the time.

Admission: The teachers here are super nice and always ready to help out. They make sure you never feel lost and know how to keep things light even when it gets busy. The college really prepares you for the tough training ahead, and they also help you get comfortable with speaking up in class.

Placement: There are different areas to choose from like front-office, F&B service, housekeeping, production, and bakery. You pick what you like and focus on that department. Each department has different levels. F&B service is where you can make the most money.

Campus: The campus looks different now with 2 new buildings. Unfortunately, we still don't have Wi-Fi. The library is there, but you gotta pay to use it. It's pretty small and mainly for staff. We also have a hostel, but no canteen. And once you're in, you can't leave the college grounds.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and have a lot of experience. The course is easy to follow because it's based on Annamalai University's curriculum. In the first year, you learn the basics of the industry. Then in the next two years, you dive into things like accounts, human resources, marketing, and tourism. It's cool how they cover both operational and non-operational areas of the hotel business.

Placement: The placement cell at Indian Institute of Hotel Management is super active. Mr. D J Goes, the college principal, heads it. They hook us up with awesome internships in India and abroad. Big companies like The Marriott Group, Oberoi Group, Lalit Group, Starwood, and more snap up our classmates for jobs after a 6-month internship. If not, we can try our luck at the campus interviews. In the 2017 batch, 97% of us landed jobs. The campus interviews kick off in the second year of our 3-year course. Companies usually offer roles like guest service associates, management trainee, and hotel operations trainee. Last year, the lowest salary offered was Rs. 1,60,347 per year, which is pretty sweet for freshers.

Campus: The college is in Salt Lake City, Kolkata, which is great because it's easy to get to. The campus is pretty big and has cool air-conditioned classrooms with screens for better learning. There are four labs: one for cooking and baking, one for restaurant service, one that looks like a hotel lobby, and one for housekeeping. It's a good place to study if you're interested in hospitality.

Admission: The faculty at my college is awesome. They really support us and provide helpful notes and books. The teaching quality is top-notch, and they even use the internet to teach us. I got to experience working in Amri Hospital Mukundapur, which was really cool.

Placement: Our college is helping us get interviews for jobs. They guarantee 100% placement in top hotels and hospitals. Our seniors are already working in super specialty hospitals with a minimum salary of 10k and benefits like PF. We did internships in super specialty hospitals and five-star hotels. Hotels gave us a 1k stipend, but hospitals didn't pay anything. The internship lasted for 6 months.

Campus: Our college has classroom labs and a library, which are pretty cool. The classrooms have AC, which is nice. The labs are good too. Sometimes the college sets up medical camps for students. Unfortunately, we don't have sports or game facilities, and there's no cafeteria on campus. But the hostel rooms are top-notch quality.

Admission: The faculty here are amazing! They're super friendly and always there to support us. Their lectures are really informative and we get a lot of real-world experience besides just the curriculum. All the faculty have tons of experience in the hotel industry, with 30-35 years of experience each.

Placement: The placement scene at Indian Institute of Hotel Management is awesome! Almost all students get placed every year. Some even snag multiple job offers. Everyone gets trained and lands a job in top hotels like Marriott, Oberoi, Taj, and Novotel. It's great to see so many opportunities coming our way!

Campus: Indian Institute of Hotel Management is top-notch when it comes to infrastructure. The computer lab has the latest technology, the front office lab gives us a taste of 5-star hotels, the F&B service lab lets us experience world-class service, and the kitchen practical is just amazing. The hostel is nice and there's Wi-Fi everywhere.

Admission: The teachers are okay. A few of them really make an effort to teach well. We take exams under MAKAUT University, but that will switch to SSU for the next group of students. The exams aren't too difficult, but they always release the exam schedules just a few days before the semester starts, which can be a hassle.

Placement: I'm in my last year now. Most of my classmates got internships, around 8085% of them. But when it comes to full-time jobs, only about 3035% got placed so far. Freshers are getting an average of Rs. 15,00020,000 per month. JW Marriott and Hyatt are the popular choices for hotel jobs. Usually, newbies start as associates there.

Campus: I'm really disappointed with the college's facilities, especially the high fees. The classrooms' AC is always broken and there aren't enough of them. Plus, there's no Wi-Fi anywhere. The library only has around 100 books. The labs are decent but not great. There's no canteen, mess, hostel, or even a playground. It's pretty lacking in amenities.

Admission: The teachers are really nice and they help us a lot. The course gets us ready for internships and job interviews. The exams are pretty hard, so we need to study hard. The pass rate is about half of the students.

Placement: Most students get jobs after college. The highest salary is around Rs.63,000 per month, while the average is Rs.35,000 and the lowest is Rs.20,000. Companies like Apollo, Fortis, and Tata medical hire students. Lots of us also get internships at Tata medical and Apollo. We can get roles like HOD, HR, Floor head, and more.

Campus: The college has everything we need, like labs, air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs, and a library. They give us medical kits for labs. The hostels are okay and clean. We have Wi-Fi, medical help, and fun activities too.
