IBMR Bangalore offers admissions into PG courses, namely MBA+PGDM and MCA+PGPIT. Admission to PGDM courses is based on CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/PGCET/KMAT, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). The IBMR Bangalore flagship MBA+PGDM fees is INR 6,45,000 for 2 years. The institute is affiliated with Bangalore University. IBMR provides scholarships for PG students on the basis of their performance and marks obtained in the entrance exam, ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 and even 100% fee concession for some courses.

• To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
• Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
• In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
• The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
• Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
• Online facility is available to submit the fee.
• INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
• Online payment gateways such as Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets) are available.

• Upload the required scanned documents in the specified format.
• Click on the “Submit” button to move to the payment section.
• Go to the “Payment” tab and select a suitable online payment method.
• Pay the application fee through the available gateways.
