Admission: The teachers here are really good and know their stuff. We take exams from the city and guilds, which is a big deal. The advanced diploma exams need a lot of prep since they're pretty tough. Knowing the theory well helps a lot in job interviews.

Placement: The college doesn't help with job placements. In our confectionery and patisserie program, there were about 7 students. You have to try to find a job on your own. The chocolate room isn't always kept at the right temperature. It's okay for learning the basics. How much effort you put in will determine how much you learn.

Campus: The college doesn't offer accommodation, so you gotta work for the wi-fi password. There's no mess or canteen, and no reception in the building. Some staff aren't great at their jobs. But the syllabus covers all the basics really well.
