JBIMS provided effective placement results in 2025, across all of its programs. Recruiters returned to hire the MMS batch of 2022-24 with an average package of INR 28.02 LPA and a highest package of INR 87.12 LPA. The top 10% of MMS students secured an average CTC of INR 33.30 LPA, and close to half the batch was placed in the BFSI sector, followed by consulting and FMCG. Meanwhile, the Master’s in Finance batch 2023-25 saw a highest CTC of INR 28 LPA and an average of INR 18.3 LPA, with significant hiring from fintech, credit rating agencies, and wealth management firms. The placement for MHRD batch 2023-35 also concluded with the highest package of INR 22 LPA and the average package of INR 16 LPA.

 

The 2023-25 cohort summer internship placements also recorded a 100% placement with 50+ recruiters. MMS batch took the maximum stipend of INR 4.50 lakh and the Master in Finance batch 2024-36 received a maximum of INR 2.4 lakh. Some of the leading recruiters were across industries BFSI, consulting, FMCG and tech and included companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, Unilever, ICICI Bank, HDFC, and Franklin Templeton.
