Admission: The teachers at our college are really helpful, although there were a few exceptions. They're all super qualified, with most having done their masters and Ph.D. from IITs and NITs. The semester exams were pretty decent in terms of difficulty, and the questions were all from the syllabus.
Placement: Around 5 to 20 students from our batch of 100 got placed. The highest package was 7 lakhs. Companies like Vedanta, KEC International, and IGCL came for recruitment. Over 60% of us got internships in civil engineering.
Campus: The college facilities were really good. We had a library with all the books we needed, and the Wi-Fi was super helpful. The hostel was well-maintained too, with its own library and sports facilities. It was all very convenient for us students.

Admission: The teachers are really experienced, with some teaching for over 15 years. The course is good, but it's more theoretical at first. It gets more practical in the later semesters. Jec has 3 unit tests to prepare us for the final exams, so our overall grades are pretty good. The courses help us get ready for the industry, but it's not as good as IITs and NITs.
Placement: JEC is great for placements, especially in comparison to other government engineering colleges. Big companies like Oil India Limited, ONGC, Vedanta, etc., hire around 15-20 students from the Mechanical branch every year. Typically, about 65% of Mechanical students get placed in top IT companies annually.
Campus: The dorms here are just as good as fancy schools. Boys and girls have their own dorms. The food is nice, especially when they serve chicken twice a week. The classrooms look cool with projectors to help us learn better. The labs have all the equipment we need for our classes. They even have workshops where we can build stuff like engines and nuts. We play lots of sports and games, including online games like BGMI and Valorant. It's fun!

Admission: The teachers at this college are mostly really good, but some are kinda lazy. Overall, it's a good place to study. The course is set up to prepare us for jobs, which is great. The exams aren't too hard, and the passing rate is around 40%.
Placement: Most students got jobs this year, which is great. The salary offered goes from 5 to 17 LPA, which is pretty good. Big companies like OIL, Powergrid, Vedanta, Balco, BCPL hire from here. And for internships, companies like IOCL, NRL, ONGC, APDCL are popular choices. Many students end up with executive roles, which is cool.
Campus: The facilities here are really good. Classrooms have everything we need, and there's Wi-Fi too. The library is not great right now, but they're building a new G+3 library which should be ready soon. The canteen is awesome. Medical facilities could be better. Sports are great for those living in hostels - each hostel has its own playground, plus there's a big common ground. The gym is top-notch too.

Admission: The teachers are great at clearing our doubts regularly. They even come to the hostel a few times a week to help us out. They hold extra classes to finish the syllabus on time. Exams are not too hard, just moderate. The course content is useful and the passing marks for theory exams is 25 out of 70.
Placement: The job placement rate at our college is really good - almost 70% of students get placed every year. Big companies like ONGC, IOCL, and NRL come for campus placements, along with IT companies like TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini. The highest salary package offered so far was 24 LPA by NRL. It's great to see so many opportunities for students here.
Campus: The LAN facility is open all the time, which is great for late-night study sessions. The hostels are clean, and the campus is super pretty. Seniors are always there to help with our studies, and they're really nice. Plus, the college even has an ambulance in case of emergencies. It's a really safe and supportive environment here.

Admission: During my 4 years studying B. Tech, I had a really good experience with the college. The teachers were awesome and super supportive. They were always there to help and had a great attitude. Plus, the curriculum was up-to-date and they even helped us find jobs after graduation. Overall, I was really happy with my academic journey at this college.
Placement: This year, the college got a top package of 32 LPA from Amazon. Lots of companies like Cognizant, TCS, Pinnacle Infotech, Tata Technologies, LTI, and Accenture also came for hiring. In our department, over 50% of 90 students got placed with an average salary of 4 LPA. The placement process was pretty straightforward.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure and a green campus. They have a system that supports students, making it easier for us during the semester. The labs are modern and well-equipped. Classrooms are bright and airy, creating a nice study environment.

Admission: I found the semester exams pretty manageable. If you study for about a month, you can pass them easily. The pass rate is around 85%. The teachers are nice and know their stuff. The only thing I think could be better is updating the course content.
Placement: Placements in our college are pretty decent. Around 40% of students get placed during campus placements. The highest salary offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Zaloni, TCS, and Byjus come for placements. Even PSUs like Oil India Limited and Power Grid hire from our college. CSE, electrical engineering, and instrumentation engineering students have great placement opportunities. But for other branches, placements are not as good. About 30% of students also get internships in reputed companies.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure with fast Wi-Fi, modern labs, and smart classrooms. The library has lots of technical books. The hostels got a renovation recently and are really nice.

Admission: The teachers here are really good they know their stuff and are always ready to help out. They teach well, and the courses are set up to get us ready for the real world. The exams aren't too hard, just average. It's a great place to learn and grow!
Placement: Around half of us in my department usually find jobs every year. The highest salary offered is 14 LPA, while the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Most of us land somewhere around 3.5 LPA on average. Companies like Oil India Ltd., ONGC, and NRL are the top recruiters for my course. We all get to do internships in our final year, with options in both government and private sectors like Oil India Ltd., Indian Railways, and PWD. Some common job titles for graduates are Senior Engineer, Executive Engineer, and Civil Servant.
Campus: The college has two main blocks one for admin stuff and one for classes. Classes usually have around 97 students, which is a decent size. They've got cool labs and a good library. Each department also has its own library. The whole campus has free Wi-Fi, which is awesome. There are 10 hostels on campus, each fitting about 70 students. Hostels have free Wi-Fi too. Food in the hostels is okay, nothing special.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They know their stuff and have been teaching for a long time. It's important to study hard to do well in exams. The teachers also set up different activities to get us ready for internships.
Placement: I was thrilled to see so many of my classmates getting awesome job offers from various companies. The highest salary package was 6.4 lakhs per year, while the lowest was 2 lakhs per year. On average, most of us got around 3.2 lakhs per year. It's great to know our college has such good placement opportunities.
Campus: The college has nice facilities, like big classrooms and AC in the auditorium. It's clean and the canteen serves yummy food for a fair price. The hostel is okay, with security and water filters on each floor.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty helpful and resourceful, but there are a few exceptions. If you're into it, the curriculum is actually pretty interesting. The semester exams aren't too tough, but you gotta keep putting in the work. Around 60% of students pass, but the earlier semesters seem to have more struggles.
Placement: I'm a student at this college for the 2022-23 academic year. In my Computer Science course, 55.56% of students got placed. The highest package is 9.5 LPA, the lowest is around 2 LPA, and the average is about 4.8 LPA. Big companies like OIL India, NRL, startups, and government offices like BSNL and APDCL come for placements. The main job roles for us are Software Development Engineers (SDE).
Campus: The Wi-Fi in the hostels is good, but the campus Wi-Fi is a bit slow. They just built a new library and indoor stadium which will open soon. There are a few open playgrounds and volleyball courts. The hostel facilities could be better, and the food in the mess is not great, especially at lunchtime. There's no medical center on campus, but JMCH is close by.

Admission: The teachers at our college really know their stuff. Thanks to them, the job placements are getting better. The first-year teachers might not be as great since they're not as experienced and are on contract. But the teachers in the later years are awesome. They make learning fun and interesting.
Placement: The seniors in their final year have landed great jobs this time around. Out of 200 students in the last semester, over 170 have already secured placements in various companies. Oil Ind Ltd. alone hired 15 students with starting salaries of 20 LPA. The college's placement record is pretty impressive overall.
Campus: Our college has everything you need like Wi-Fi everywhere, projectors in all classes, and a huge auditorium with seats like in a gallery. We've got a cool AI Library (though it's not open yet), regular library, workshops, hostels for guys and girls, canteen, labs, NCC, water treatment plant, football and cricket fields, hobby clubs, gym, training and placement office, and lots more. It's all here!
