Admission: The teachers here are hit or miss some are great, some not so much. The course material is way better than what Mumbai University offers. I really enjoy what we're learning here. The exams are pretty tough, so it's best to start studying early. Most students pass, but only a few end up failing.

Placement: Placements for computer and IT students are good, but it's tough for EXTC and other branches. If you're in computer or IT, you could land a 9-10 LPA package with the right skills. Fintech companies often come for hiring. However, the placement rate is dropping every year. Not sure if it's because of a recession or something else.

Campus: The college campus in Mumbai is huge and has all the necessary things. The sports and activities are really fun. The hostel is nice with good facilities. Spandan and Maitreiy hostels are the best. The food and services there are good. The Polytechnic hostel isn't as great, but it's cheaper.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff. They always help us out when we're confused. The way they teach is top-notch. The course we're studying is right on track with what's needed in the real world. The exams can be tough, but if you follow what the teachers say, you can do well and get good grades.

Placement: I'm happy to say that around half of the students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, while the average is 5 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, Barclays, Deloitte, and more hire students from our college. The most common role offered is system engineer trainee.

Campus: The college has great infrastructure with labs, classrooms, and Wi-Fi. The internet speed is good too. The canteen serves good food, and they also offer medical help in emergencies. Overall, it's a good place to study.

Admission: The teachers at this college are super nice and make things easy. They really get it when things get tough and are always there to help out. Most of them are really smart. The exams can be a mix of tough and easy, but the teachers are the ones who make them.

Placement: My batch is awesome and the course is really top-notch. The placements here are super high the highest package was 58 LPA in 2023! Even if you're in a less popular branch, you can still expect around 10 LPA. As a computer engineer, the average package is around 15 LPA. It's a great place to be!

Campus: The campus at my college is awesome. It's huge, like 80 acres big, in Mumbai. You don't see that every day. There are a bunch of colleges there, like for engineering, MBA diploma, junior college, and more. The place is top-notch, no doubt.

Admission: The teachers are pretty helpful and know their stuff, but you gotta put in the work to really understand everything. The course curriculum is good and keeps up with what's happening in the industry. Exams are a bit tough, but you can pass with a 65%. It's on you to dive deeper with your friends, seniors, or online resources.

Placement: I'm a sophomore here, and from what I've heard, about half of us got placed on-campus while 20-30% found jobs off-campus. The top companies that came for placements were Microsoft, JPMC, DeepCytes, and Barclays. They offered roles like Product Manager, Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, and Software Development Engineer. The highest package was 58 LPA, while the lowest was 4 LPA. On average, students got around 9.5 LPA, with a median of 7.5 LPA. About half of us managed to secure internships externally.

Campus: The Wi-Fi is okay, but not super fast. The labs don't have AC. There are lots of hostels, but I don't know much about them. The canteen and mess are vegetarian. The library is pretty good. There are good medical facilities on campus. Plenty of space for sports and games, including a big ground, gym, basketball court, and squash court.

Admission: The teachers here are really good at teaching and know their stuff. They get us ready for the real world and the GATE exam. Every semester, we have a bunch of assessments like midterms, termwork, vivas, and endterms. It's all set up to help us learn and do well.

Placement: Most students here get jobs each year, like around 95 to 98 percent. The biggest salary offered was about 50 LPA, and the average is over 10 LPA. J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. is a big company that hires a lot of students. A bunch of us also land internships in our 2nd and 3rd years.

Campus: The campus has AC in every classroom and lab, and you can get Wi-Fi anywhere. There's also a reading room. The hostel is cool, with 4 students per room. Each room has a table, cupboard, and bathroom. The hygiene is good, and the food is tasty.

Admission: The teachers here are really good. They all have Ph.Ds and know their stuff well. They use virtual labs and PowerPoints to make learning easier. There are also free certification courses to boost your resume. Exams happen every 56 months and the student-to-faculty ratio is 1:44.

Placement: In the third year, we can apply for campus placements. Last year, 43 companies came and gave a total of 356 job offers. The best salary was 13.66 LPA and the average was 7.54 LPA. This time, the top salary was a whopping 40 LPA! Companies like Capgemini, TCS, Microsoft, L&T, Infotech, and others hired from our college. Around 60% of us got internships at places like Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Cisco, and Microsoft. The highest stipend offered was 40 LPA.

Campus: I really love my university for sports! We have everything we need like athletic tracks, football fields, tennis courts, and more. It's awesome how these facilities help us improve our skills in sports.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really great! They are always there to help and support us. The courses we take are practical and cover important topics that will come in handy when we start looking for jobs.

Placement: By the time we hit our third year, students at our college start getting job offers from big companies. The college sets up on-campus interviews with top companies, making it easier for students to land jobs. If you've got a good GPA, chances are you'll get placed easily.

Campus: The tuition is expensive, but the campus facilities are lacking.

Admission: The teachers here can be pretty tough because this college is autonomous. Some teachers are cool, but most act like they hold all the power over our grades. They might even tell you to learn stuff from YouTube! During oral exams, they ask random stuff that we never even learned. It feels like they're trying to embarrass us. The course doesn't prepare us well for real-world jobs. The exams are super hard, and you need at least 40% to pass.

Placement: The number of companies visiting campus was less this year because of COVID. Most of them were IT companies, with only one or two core companies. In the Electronics department, the highest package I heard of was around 7 lakhs, while the lowest was around 2 lakhs. Walters Kluwer came to our campus, but after all the interviews, they didn't hire anyone. They said they didn't have any openings anymore.

Campus: The campus has good infrastructure and free Wi-Fi everywhere. Classrooms aren't great - sunlight from windows can make it hard to see the board. Some classrooms don't have a platform, so it's tough to see the teacher from the back. The mess at Somaiya campus is awesome - you can get unlimited food for a good deal (not sure about the exact price now). The canteen is usually packed. The playgrounds are usually rented out, so you can't play much. I didn't stay in the hostel because I live nearby.

Admission: The teachers here know their stuff, but some can be a bit moody and arrogant, which is a bummer. The course material is good, but there's a lot of theory to digest. We've got three big exams IA, ISE, and ESE. Plus, we've got 2 smaller tests worth 20 marks each, a mid-semester exam worth 30 marks, and a final exam worth 100 marks.

Placement: Most students here get placed in college, around 80-90%. Last year, Microsoft offered the highest salary package at 51.02 LPA. The average package is about 7 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan and Barclays come for recruitment. There are many internships available, and they offer roles like software developer and data analyst.

Campus: The college campus is great! We've got Wi-Fi, AC classrooms, computer labs, and a big library. The athletic ground hosts all kinds of sports all year round, including cricket and football. Plus, the hostel even has a basketball court. It's a really nice, well-kept place.
