KLU - Additional Fee Details and Payment Options
Electricity charges are not included in the above fees and will be charged separately as per actual utility consumption. These charges are deducted from the security deposit paid at admission, which amounts to INR 3,000 for Non-AC rooms and INR 12,000 for AC rooms.
At the time of first admission, students must also pay a one-time registration fee of INR 5,000, which is non-refundable.
To accommodate different financial preferences, students have the flexibility to pay hostel fees in one of the following ways:
- Single instalment payment
- Two instalments
- Up to eight instalments spread over a period of 10 months
Additionally, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged extra as per government norms wherever applicable.
KLU - Support and Training Services
In collaboration with Harniks India LLP and Harniks Regency, KLU offers training programs in engineering and management fields. These partners also provide technical and educational consultancy services to support students’ academic and professional growth under the banner of KLEF Deemed to be University.
