Admission: The faculty isn't very helpful, they focus too much on assignments. They only cover what's in the Curriculum and care more about getting your assignments in. The Curriculum doesn't really prepare you for the real world. Exams and juries don't seem to serve much purpose.

Placement: I joined this college hoping to get a job in animation, but there aren't many opportunities for placements. Almost half of my classmates are still looking for work, and the rest are doing basic jobs they found themselves. It's the same story with internships - only a few students got good ones. The college isn't great at helping us improve our skills or find internships or jobs.

Campus: The campus has good infrastructure with everything we need like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries. But the hostels and mess are just okay. The hostels look old and messy, and the food in the mess tastes strange.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty good, but we could use more UX faculty. A bunch of our teachers come from the industry, which is cool because they give us really helpful advice. The curriculum always stays up-to-date with what's happening in the industry, so by the time we graduate, we're all set to start working.

Placement: The placements here are top-notch, especially for UX design. The average salary is between 4-6 LPA, with the highest package going up to 15 LPA. Big companies like IBM, Google, and Microsoft come to hire students. Many students also get internships at startups. You can land roles in research, user interface design, and user experience after graduation.

Campus: The campus has studios and Wi-Fi everywhere even in the hostel and computer labs with Wacom. The rooms in the hostel are clean with attached bathrooms. Food is better than in most hostels, and the canteen offers a variety of food. A doctor is available at the hospital from 8 am to 8 pm, and there's a big hospital close by. Plus, there are plenty of sports facilities available.

Admission: The design college is great because the faculty gives us freedom and space. Sometimes there are issues with the faculty about work, but it's like that everywhere. We have visiting experts who come for workshops, which is cool. It's more about doing work than sitting in class. You can even set up your own workspace in the college with the vibe you like.

Placement: The college placements for Design at MIT are different from other colleges. In the film and video course, most students want to go independent. Placements for film and video at MIT aren't popular because students prefer freelancing and networking to land a job later.

Campus: The MIT Institute of design has everything you need in one place classrooms, workshops, computer lab, clay studio for transport design, and more. It's all in one building, so it's convenient. The campus also has sports, games, and food options nearby. Great for a student like me who wants everything close by!

Admission: The teachers in this college were really helpful and supportive. They knew their stuff and taught well. They also helped us get placements and gave us the right training for the industry. The course content was practical and exams were fair.

Placement: The college placements team helps all of us find jobs. About half of us get jobs right here on campus. The average salary we get is somewhere between 3 to 8 LPA. Companies like Eka, Tresa Motors, Apollo, and Ceat come to hire us for our course.

Campus: The college has awesome facilities! There are labs for our practicals, a library with over 10,000 books, and even hostels and sports stuff. The canteen serves good and cheap food too. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here are nice, but not all are great at teaching. Some are awesome though. The college is big on cross-department projects, so you can chat with any teacher for help. They follow industry trends in the courses, but they care more about the final projects than teaching research methods well.

Placement: Most students get jobs after they finish. The starting salary is usually around 6 lakhs per year. Some get as low as 4 lakhs, while others get as much as 12 lakhs. Big companies like Godrej, Wildcraft, Microsoft, and Accenture hire from here. Some students even start their own businesses, and the college supports them through Design Guild, their startup program.

Campus: I love how the college has really cool libraries with lots of new books. They also have 3 computer labs and workshops for wood, metal, and paint. The campus is so green, and there's even a river running through it. Plus, there's a swimming pool, gym, and courts for badminton, tennis, basketball, and football. It's awesome!

Admission: The teachers at our college are super helpful! They teach us practical stuff along with theory. The courses and academic stuff are top-notch, getting us ready for the real world. Some students even start businesses! The only downside is that the college is a bit strict about attendance.

Placement: MIT is a popular college in our country. It has a great reputation and offers students the chance to work for different companies or start their own business. The placements here are top-notch with many well-known companies coming to recruit students.

Campus: The MIT campus is super pretty with lots of greenery, and it's always clean. They have dorms for guys and girls that are pretty nice. You can find cafes on campus with all kinds of food. Plus, they have labs and libraries for all the different courses. Love it here!

Admission: The classes changed a lot every year. But some of the good teachers left after the first year, and we were left with only a few teaching all our courses in the final year. The main teachers were great, but some others didn't care much about our well-being. It was hard to talk to them because they only helped a few students and didn't treat everyone the same.

Placement: The college didn't have many fashion placements available. They used CalyxPod for placements, but only two companies came, and none of us got placed in my batch. For internships, the college tried to help us with good companies, but most of us found our own jobs and internships.

Campus: The campus has good computer labs, an expanding library, and labs for fashion with cad machines. But the Wi-Fi never worked well and there was hardly any network on campus. The hostel was nice with an in-house salon, but the mess had food with worms in it once. Overall, the campus has good facilities but needs to work on the Wi-Fi and food quality in the mess.

Admission: I really like how the teachers and courses are set up here. They really care about us learning and getting practical skills. The student-to-teacher ratio can be anywhere from 20:1 to 50:1, depending on the subject. The courses are all about teaching ourselves and growing as individuals. Plus, we get to do a month-long internship in our third year to get a taste of working in the real world.

Placement: When it comes to landing a job as a design student, it™s all about how much effort you put into learning and taking advantage of the opportunities during the course. From what I™ve seen with my seniors, they™ve gone on to work in design studios, both in and out of India, as well as in consumer-durable and electronics companies across the country. It™s pretty common for all students to secure a decent job to kick off their design careers.

Campus: The college has awesome infrastructure for design work, which is super helpful. The classrooms are well-organized. The library is great with lots of useful info for students. They've got a sports complex with all the usual sports like football, cricket, basketball, and swimming. The canteen serves decent food, there's a doctor on-site for medical needs, and the Wi-Fi is fast in the hostels and all the studios. It's a cool place!

Admission: The visiting teachers were awesome! They really pushed us, gave helpful feedback, and got us ready for our final review. But the regular teachers weren't so great. They hardly ever gave us useful criticism and seemed biased towards putting us down. I only had them in my last year, and honestly, I didn't learn anything from their feedback. I had to rely on industry mentors I found on my own.

Placement: The fashion department doesn't have many job options for final-year students or internships. The head of the department and teachers don't have many industry contacts, so they can't help much with finding jobs. About 90% of students have to look for jobs on their own after they graduate, which is tough in the fashion industry. The regular teachers are nice, but not very helpful. The visiting teachers might be the best chance for getting help.

Campus: The campus has good facilities and provides all meals and amenities. There are lots of sports and cultural activities to get involved in. You can always find help with 24*7 medical support and security. The workshops are top-notch with helpful guidance. Overall, there's always room for improvement but the basics are solid.

Admission: In my first year, there were around 108 students, and we were split into different courses. I was in product design with about 33 students, and we had one professor for each class. The faculty members are really nice, and I think the course curriculum is great.

Placement: Even though the college has a great placement team, I didn't actually need their help after I graduated. I signed up for placements to find an internship, but I got a job offer during my internship before I even finished my studies. The placement cell was useful for other students looking for jobs too.

Campus: The campus has really nice classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a library. They offer workshops for product design and fashion design with cool machines like lathes and milling machines. Plus, there's a fancy transportation studio for making clay models. And don't forget about the mess hall and hostels all good stuff here!
