Admission: The teachers here are really smart with Ph.D.s in their fields. They teach well and get us ready for the industry. Exams are hard, but the grading is fair. The topper gets 100%, and everyone else gets graded on that scale.

Placement: The mechanical department has great placement opportunities with everyone finding a job. The highest salary offered is 15 LPA, while the lowest is 6 LPA, and the average is 8 LPA. Top companies like L & T, Bridgestone, and Capgemini hire from our college. Almost all students get internships at Renault and Nissan. After graduating, you can get jobs as data analysts, software engineers, or design engineers.

Campus: NIT Goa doesn't have its own campus yet. We have classes in a temporary building with AC and projectors. Wi-Fi is good. There are labs, a library, and a sports room. Food is alright. And hey, we've got medical help with an ambulance too!

Admission: The teachers come from various IITs and foreign universities. When I started, the course seemed old-fashioned, but things got better with the New Education Policy. The exams are tough, but the grading system is fair. There are always small assignments or projects to keep you busy.

Placement: Most circuital branch students here usually get placed, around 80-90%. The lowest salary offered is about 6 LPA, with an average of 11 LPA. The highest package was 23 LPA this year and 44 LPA last year. Companies like Samsung, Infosys, Accenture, and some PSUs recruit students. In my course, most roles are for software developers, with some for VLSI engineers too.

Campus: The new permanent campus is awesome! We've got a big library, department buildings, classrooms, and even a playground. The only downside is that the boys' hostel is quite far from the teaching block about a kilometer away. It's still on campus, but having a bike would be handy. The mess is right by the hostels, though. Overall, I'm loving the new setup!

Admission: Most of the teachers are really great and have PhDs from top universities like IISc Bangalore, IIT Delhi, and IIT Bombay. The semester exams can be tough, but over 90% of students pass. We're learning a lot about how to act and talk in a professional way, but we mostly have to learn technical stuff on our own. Only a handful of students, like 3 or 4 out of 38 in our program, get internships through the college.

Placement: The placement rate is great for students with a CGPA of 7.5 and above. In my ECE branch, the highest package was 22 LPA, average was 12.84 LPA, and the lowest was 6.5 LPA. Out of the 38 students in my branch, 26 got to attend placements in 2023 and all of them got placed. Big companies like Samsung, Intel, and Deloitte came for placements. Over 160 companies visited the campus this year.

Campus: The campus has all the stuff for studying and sports, but the new sports area is not open yet. The hostel is decent for now. The Wi-Fi is okay, not super fast but not too slow either. The rooms in the hostel are pretty small with 4 people sharing one. The food in the mess is really good, the best part of the campus right now. There are 2 volleyball courts, a football field, and a medical room. They have all the popular sports like cricket, football, kabaddi, volleyball, and badminton. There's also a badminton court in the main building on campus.

Admission: The teachers here are quite strict about following the syllabus. But if you give them a chance, you'll see their friendly side too. They all have their own way of teaching and testing. Some are tough, while others stick to the usual style but give easy corrections. Attendance is a big deal here, but honestly, it's the only thing keeping us focused in class.

Placement: The placements for CSE students are just okay, not great. Last year, everyone in CSE had jobs by now, but this year it's not as good. ECE students seem to be doing better with placements, but EEE students are struggling a lot. Not many EEE students have jobs yet. Companies are more interested in CSE students, even though some EEE students have a lot of experience in web development and machine learning.

Campus: The current campus is kind of basic with limited facilities. But we're moving to a new campus on January 7, 2024. The new place has way better infrastructure and hostels. Can't wait for the upgrade!

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and explain things well. The course prepares you for real-world jobs. Most students pass with a 90% success rate. The professors are top-notch and always ready to assist. The campus is small but has everything you need like a hostel, library, and cafeteria close by. They even have transportation for getting around.

Placement: Most students get placed, around 80%. The highest salary they offer is 24 LPA, and the lowest is 7 LPA. On average, it's around 15 LPA. Samsung and Shadings are the top companies hiring here. Lots of internships are available, with the highest paying 24 LPA.

Campus: The college campus is really big and has lots of green spaces. We're moving to a new campus soon, which is exciting. The hostels are nice, and the library has all the books we need. The food in the mess is pretty good too.

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and always ready to help. They know their stuff well. The exams can be tough, especially in engineering, but if you work hard, you can handle it. Make sure to pick a branch that you're really interested in.

Placement: The placements at NIT Goa are really good, especially for Civil branch. Students get around 13 LPA on average. Both government companies and MNCs visit for placements. The placement cells are top-notch. All you need are good skills to get placed.

Campus: The new campus has great facilities. Everything there is new and in good condition, like the canteen and medical services. The faculty members are really helpful and you get your own room from the first year, which is awesome. Overall, it's a great place to be.

Admission: The teachers in the main subjects are really helpful. But, not much help with the other subjects. The curriculum is good for competitive exams. Every year, about 90% of students pass. All semesters are tough, especially the 3rd year because of the packed schedule.

Placement: Most students here get placed in cool companies like Amazon, NSE, Oracle, Samsung, Intel, and more. The average salary is around 1516 LPA. The highest offer was 44 LPA from Amazon. The lowest was 6 LPA for a management role at L&T. We also have connections with NIO and Persistent Technologies for internships.

Campus: The hostel is okay. The Wi-Fi is from BSNL, so it goes up and down a lot. It's fine when you need it, but if it goes out, it can take a while to come back. This can be tough for students trying to finish assignments.

Admission: The professors are super helpful when you need them. They know their stuff and teach well. The course content is good, but we had it online for 2 years, so we didn't feel fully prepared for the industry. The exams each semester are okay, not too hard to pass. Just pay attention in class and you'll be fine.

Placement: The job opportunities last year were great! The packages for students were awesome, and most students got good offers. In fields like CSE, ECE, and EEE, everyone got placed, but not everyone in Mechanical and Civil did. This was because 2022 was the first batch of those branches at NIT Goa.

Campus: The classrooms and labs are decent. Girls get single rooms, but boys don't. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi in the girls' hostel, and the food in the mess isn't great. The medical facilities and sports are just okay.

Admission: The teachers at NIT Goa are awesome because they all have PhDs from top IITs and NITs. They know their stuff and teach well. The courses are made specifically for each department and are super helpful for getting a job. The grading system here is fair. Exams aren't too hard, I'd say like a 5 out of 10 in difficulty. Most students, around 90%, pass all their subjects.

Placement: The placements in our college weren't great in the past two years, but many companies come for hiring students. In 2022, almost all CSE, ECE, and EEE students got placed. Most students also found internships, but usually outside the campus.

Campus: The new campus at NIT Goa is super fresh, with all new stuff. There's a library with two floors - one for books and one for studying. The labs and classrooms are all new too. Mess food gets a 2.5 out of 5 from me. Medical facilities are top-notch, with a separate building and a 24x7 ambulance close to the hostels. Plus, there's a huge ground for sports. We've got a basketball court, volleyball court, and even a badminton court inside the hostel. It's pretty cool here!

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff and teach well. But the course material is kinda outdated. Exams are pretty easy, and most students pass with no problem. Hardly anyone fails, so passing is not too hard.

Placement: The college is pretty good when it comes to getting jobs in computer science and engineering. Even though there's a hiring freeze right now, most students still manage to get placed. It's cool that a lot of students have done internships at big places like Reliance and IIT Madras.

Campus: The old campus wasn't great, but we're moving to a new one now. It looks like it's going to be a lot better. The food isn't amazing, but it's not terrible either. I think things will get better once we start at the new campus this semester.
