SCMHRM Placements 2025: Highest Package: INR 35.90 LPA Average Package: INR 21.47 LPA

Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development has concluded its 2025 final placement report on the official website, along with the 2026 summer internship placement record. The final placements for the SCHMRD Pune Class of 2025 witnessed strong participation from recruiters across multiple sectors. The highest salary offered was INR 35.90 LPA, while the average salary was INR 21.47 LPA. Over 118 recruiters participated in the SCHMRD Pune placement process, with a significant number of offers from Engineering and Manufacturing (12.50%) and BFSI/Financial Services (30.11%). Students received opportunities in diverse functions such as Consulting, Marketing, Sales/BD, Finance, and General Management. SCHMRD top recruiters included Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, Airtel, Cognizant, IBM, Capgemini, EY, BAJAJ, Lenovo, TATA Steel, Maruti Suzuki, ITC Limited, Samsung, etc.

The average stipend is INR 2.37 LPA, a bit lower than the INR 2.48 LPA in 2025. The median stipend remained the same at INR 2 LPA during the SCHMRD Summer Internship Program 2026. For females, the average stipend was INR 2.58 LPA, whilst for males the average stipend was INR 2.19 LPA.
