Admission: The B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machines Learning) program at Sister Nivedita University has really helpful faculty who teach well. They keep the course updated with new stuff so we're ready for the industry. Semester exams are a bit mysterious in terms of difficulty and pass rates, but the focus on quality education shows they have a good assessment system.
Placement: I'm a student at Sister Nivedita University studying B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machines Learning). The placements for our program are really good. In the last placement drive of 2023, 97% of students got job offers. The highest salary offered was INR 14 LPA, the lowest was INR 4 LPA, and the average was INR 6 LPA. Companies like Virtusa, Vara Infrovate Pvt Ltd, Value Momentum, Intel, and Salesforce came for recruitment. We don't have a lot of details on internships and placements, but the university has good industry connections. That means we have good chances for job opportunities.
Campus: I really like the setup at Sister Nivedita University for the B.Tech CSE (AI & ML) program. They have everything you need - good labs, Wi-Fi, nice classrooms, and a library. The hostel is okay, with all the basics covered. Some students say the food could be better though. There's also a medical center and sports stuff on campus. It's a pretty good place overall.

Admission: The teachers are really helpful here. The course is super detailed and informative. We have two big tests - one in the middle of the semester and one at the end. Plus, they give us quizzes after finishing each topic.
Placement: I love this college because almost everyone gets a job after graduation. The companies that hire from here are big names like Amazon, Accenture, Bosch, and more. The highest salary you can get is 51 LPA, while the lowest is 15 LPA. They offer cool roles like HR manager, translator, and accountant. It's awesome how many opportunities they give us to start our careers!
Campus: The college has everything a student could want - lots of space, a canteen, basketball court, seminar halls, library, Wi-Fi, and regular classrooms. They've got several buildings on campus and the infrastructure is awesome. Plus, there are plenty of sports to get involved in.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really nice and helpful. They use digital methods for teaching, like showing PowerPoint slides and connecting them to projects. It makes learning interesting. Exams are not super hard, they are kind of moderate. We have a mid-term exam and then a final exam each semester. Also, there are some cool foreign courses and electives to choose from. It's a pretty good college overall!
Placement: I'm taking psychology classes in the master's program. The college offers internships for those studying industrial organizational psychology, but not for those in clinical psychology.
Campus: The campus is small, and there aren't dedicated classrooms for each department. Students have to move between classrooms for different subjects. The library is available, and the college offers hostel facilities, but they're located off-campus. The college has food trucks and a canteen with affordable prices that students can manage.

Admission: The faculty here is amazing. They really know their stuff and make sure we understand everything. Almost everyone passes each semester because they're so good at teaching us. They're super friendly and always keep up with what's happening in the field. It's easy to talk to them. They're top-notch teachers.
Placement: In my course, about half of us get jobs after graduating. I'm studying to be a lawyer at SNU. Most of us who study law focus on going to court. After we graduate, we can work at law firms, companies, or NGOs. The pay is usually around 7-12 LPA. And don't worry, everyone gets internships here too.
Campus: The facilities for my course are awesome! We've got a library, an online legal books platform, big classrooms, a sick room in case of emergencies, a café, and a canteen serving great food. The hostel food is pretty good too. There are also a bunch of other facilities available which is cool.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They really know their stuff and teach well. The course covers all the important stuff for our future careers. They prepare us well for the exams with good questions. The pass rate is around 50%. Good experience overall!
Placement: This college in West Bengal is really the best. The average salary package is around 6.5 LPA, but some students even get as high as 22 LPA. TCS is the main company that hires here. Over half the students get internships, whether on or off campus. If you're thinking about B.Tech CSE, this is definitely the place to go.
Campus: The college has Wi-Fi in the classrooms and labs. The labs and library are fully air-conditioned. They have good medical tools, a canteen, and food trucks with tasty and hygienic food. There are football, cricket, and basketball teams, along with a gym for working out.

Admission: The professors and faculty at this college are really smart and always ready to help. I'm doing a B.Tech in CSE, and the subjects are preparing me well for the industry. The semester exams are manageable as long as we go to classes and study the notes they give us.
Placement: Almost all students from the last batch got placed on campus. Amazon India offered the highest salary package at 20 LPA. Big companies like IBM, TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, and Amazon come to hire students. The faculty here is really great and provides top-notch education.
Campus: I love my college because it has awesome facilities. We've got top-notch labs, a big library, and a moot court for law students. There are loads of computer labs, about 9 or 10 of them. Mass communication students even have their own radio room! And you know what? We've got a basketball court and a cool garden to chill in. And let's not forget about the clean and yummy canteen. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers are great, but the language is a bit tough to follow sometimes. Lectures and seminars can be confusing. I enjoy the extra activities and this college is active in all the fests. The exams are strict, but I actually appreciate that.
Placement: After graduation, some students find jobs here. It's a bit competitive because you have to compete with students from other Techno India Group Colleges like TMSL, BIT, NSEC, SIT, etc. The average salary offered is around 4 to 6 LPA, but some students managed to get 7.5 or 9 LPA. Big companies like TCS, CTS, and Capgemini also visit the campus for placements.
Campus: I really love studying engineering at SNU. The labs are top-notch, the courses are interesting, and the professors are super experienced. The campus is beautiful, the atmosphere is friendly, and they help you find great job placements. It's definitely the best engineering college in Kolkata!

Admission: Midterm exams are tough, but don't stress too much about attendance. They don't really penalize students who miss classes or fall short of the 75% mark. The course load is fair, and if you show up to class, you should be okay on the exams. Some teachers are really supportive and give out good notes and materials to help you study. The tests are on schedule, so you'll have a good idea of what to expect on the exams and how the teachers grade.
Placement: I'm not sure about the placements at SNU, but I heard they mostly offer internships. It's important to do well in your studies, so make sure to be active in your courses. In law, getting hands-on experience is key, so try to do lots of internships and participate in moot courts. It's a good idea to start with moot courts early on to get a feel for things. Writing research papers is also a great way to practice and learn more. That's all, best of luck to you!
Campus: The college doesn't have AC, so it gets really hot during heatwaves. I can't say much about the hostel since I don't stay there, but a friend mentioned it's decent. The food is just okay, so you might need to find alternatives. There's a food court on campus with tasty options that won't break the bank.

Admission: The teachers in my course really know their stuff and are super helpful. They make sure to explain everything clearly. The exams are tough, but almost everyone passes. We cover all the basics of literature in the curriculum, and the course is pretty enjoyable overall.
Placement: Half of us got placed in my course. The salaries ranged from 6 LPA to 18 LPA. Companies like Byjus and Allen hired some of us. There were also opportunities with international companies for language and communication roles.
Campus: The classrooms have nice furniture and the library has books for every course. Wi-Fi is available in labs and classrooms only. Hostels vary in quality, but they offer good food and transportation. They are located off-campus, giving you more freedom to explore the city, but you have to be back by 7:00 PM.

Admission: The teachers here are super helpful. They clear all our doubts if we pay attention in class. This really helps us with our studies and grades. The course content is spot on. They make sure we understand everything with practical sessions. Exams are not that hard. In each semester, we have 2 exams - one worth 20 marks, a mid-semester one for 50 marks, an end-semester exam for 30 marks, and some class tests for 50 marks. That's pretty much it.
Placement: In each class, there are 60 students. The top salary is 9 LPA. You'll learn a lot about operating theaters here. If you have a good GPA, you can start internships in the 3rd year. Around 70% of students land internships. Just keep your CGPA up!
Campus: The college's facilities are really good. We get Wi-Fi on all floors which is awesome. Each subject has its own lab with everything we need. The classrooms are cool too with projectors. And there's a library open from 10 AM to 7 PM where we can do assignments and study. Plus, we can borrow books. The hostel, Sandree Home, is nice too. They give us food, rooms, a fridge, AC if we want, washing machines, and more. It's pretty sweet.
