Admission: Most of the teachers here are great! The course content could use some updates, especially for labor laws. We should get more hands-on experience, real-life examples, and new ways to learn.

Placement: Most students got jobs after graduating. The highest salary was 32 LPA, the lowest was 13 LPA, and the average was 16.8 LPA. Companies like HUL, BCG, and Accenture hire from here. Popular roles are consultant, brand manager, and HR. In our course, the highest package was 32 LPA, the lowest was 13 LPA, and the average was 16.8 LPA. Almost everyone got internships too.

Campus: XLRI has awesome facilities and buildings. Life here is great with amazing academics and fun activities. The food and amenities are top-notch and worth the cost. Plus, the campus is super pretty!

Admission: The professors here really know their stuff and are famous in their field. They care about us students a lot. The course is split into 3 terms with 6 subjects each. You gotta pass each term to finish the program. We're all set for the industry after this course, and it's a good refresher for those with a similar background.

Placement: I've been in my program for about 6 months now. I updated my LinkedIn profile with my info, and now I'm getting connection requests from companies I like. The salary packages for past students are great, breaking records. The placements here are top-notch nationwide. The starting salaries for experienced professionals are really good, starting at a few lakhs.

Campus: I heard from my classmates who live in the hostels about all the cool stuff on campus. There's really good Wi-Fi and a library with lots of new journals about science and management. And there's even a tennis court and basketball court for everyone to use.

Admission: I really like the PGDM BM curriculum. It has a good mix of basic and advanced courses that are perfect for what the industry needs. Being able to make good decisions in business depends on knowing about all aspects of management. That's why subjects like economics, operations, finance, information systems, marketing, and strategic management are all super important.

Placement: The salaries this year were pretty good. The top 25% of us got around 34.8 LPA on average. Overall, the average salary was 25.08 LPA. In total, there were 370 offers made to 358 students. The highest salary offered was over 50 LPA. Some new companies that came to recruit us were Master Card, Air BnB, DBS Bank, ZS Associates, Tata Electronics, Nykaa, and Rebel Foods.

Campus: XLRI is great for sports lovers! They have separate spots for badminton, basketball, cricket, football, tennis, and volleyball. I love how they organize a sports festival called Ensemble Valhalla. The library, Sir Jahangir Library, is amazing with over 69,500 books, 49 electronic resources, and 90 print magazines. The classrooms are cool too, each fitting 70 students and designed like an amphitheater. It's a perfect place to study and play sports!

Admission: XLRI has some of the best teachers in India. The teachers here have experience in the industry and some even work with companies outside of teaching. They use a mix of lectures and hands-on learning, which is great. Some courses even have field trips to help us understand how things work in real life.

Placement: XLRI had a great placement season in 2018. The average salary was around Rs. 20.1 Lacs, while the median was Rs. 21 Lacs. A total of 132 recruiters came to campus to hire 358 students studying Business Management and Human Resource Management. Everyone got placed, and the whole process only took 3.5 days. In 2017, internships finished in just 2 days with the highest stipend being Rs. 5 Lacs. The placement committee did a great job organizing everything.

Campus: XLRI is super high-tech! The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere and really fast internet. There are two huge auditoriums that can fit 1200 people. Plus, there are five hostels for students, including ones for HR, BM, and GMP students.

Admission: Most teachers at XLRI are really good and helpful. They teach using real-life cases, which is cool. The classes are interactive, but might be overwhelming for shy people. The trimester system means we have about 8-9 subjects each term in the first year. We do lots of group projects in almost every subject. In HR, we study Industrial Relations and even work on projects with real companies. It gives us a lot of practical experience. We also have guest lectures that help us learn more. The first year is super busy and intense, but it's worth it.

Placement: The seniors got placed real quick all of them in just 2 days! And guess what? Everyone got a job, with an average salary of 20 Lacs per year. The highest package was 34 Lacs, and the lowest was 12 Lacs. The HR folks got cool roles like HR consultant and in manufacturing companies. Even during summer internships, lots of big companies came like Bajaj Auto and Nestle. Around 360 students got placed in just 2 days, and everyone got an offer. The placement team at XLRI rocks! They help us prep for interviews and group discussions. So grateful for their support!

Campus: XLRI has really awesome facilities! The campus has two parts: the old one and the new one. Both have super fast Wi-Fi and every room has a LAN port. The hostel on the north side is where first-year students stay. There are 380 big rooms and a 24-hour Gym on the ground floor. The food at the mess is okay, better than most places. There's a shop next to the hostel that serves food until late at night. The night canteen is open all night, perfect for late-night study sessions. There's also a spot for indoor games like TT and pool. The classrooms have nice projectors, ACs, and Wi-Fi. The library on the south side has lots of books and journals. XLRI gives access to online databases like JSTOR and ProQuest. Plus, there are sports grounds for football, basketball, volleyball, and cricket. The senior hostels are on the south side too. Overall, the facilities at XLRI are top-notch!
