AEEE 2026, or the Amrita Entrance Exam– Engineering, is the gateway for admission to BTech programs offered across Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s eight campuses located in Amaravati, Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Faridabad, Nagercoil, and the newly launched Haridwar campus. The Registration for AEEE 2026 is expected to begin in October 2025 at amrita.edu. Students who have completed their Class 12 in 2025 or are appearing for the exam in 2026 will be eligible to apply. The entrance exam will be conducted in two phases: Phase 1 in February and Phase 2 in May 2026. While the application form for both phases will be released together, the deadlines to apply will differ for each phase.

 

Apart from appearing for AEEE, candidates also have the option to apply for BTech admission at Amrita using their JEE Main 2026 scores. Also, applicants can apply through either mode or both. Admission to 70% of the seats will be based on AEEE scores, while the remaining 30% will be filled through JEE Main. Eligible students can fill out the online application form and begin the admission process, which involves registering, booking exam slots, downloading the admit card, appearing for the exam, checking the results, and finally participating in the Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP). AEEE 2026 Important Dates

AEEE 2026 will begin registration for Phase 1 and Phase 2 in October 2025. Students who want to appear for the exam can fill out the AEEE 2026 application form until May 2026, for Phase 2. Candidates registered for Phase 1 will be allowed to appear for Phase 2 by paying an additional fee of INR 600, without needing to register again. The AEEE 2026 Slot Booking process for Phases 1 and 2 will be done on the official portal of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
