Here, eligible candidates will have to register by filling the online registration form by filling in with the correct information and details and paying the requisite application fee, which is non-refundable in nature. After the registration process is complete, they will have to log in to the CCMN 2025 portal and select and lock the preferred programmes offered by the participating institutes (PIs). Candidates will not be able to unlock or change their choices once the choices are locked. Candidates must ensure that they complete the process before the deadline.
  2. Seat Allotment: Within the first round of counselling, seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates based on the applicant's merit and eligibility criteria. Candidates have to accept the allotted seat by paying the admission fee, uploading the required documents, and submit willingness within the stipulated time. Failing to follow any of these steps will result in the cancellation of the admission offer.

iii. Online Document Verification: The respective college authorities will verify the documents uploaded by the candidates. In case of any discrepancies, the officials will seek clarification on the same from the candidates, which they have to respond to online, by logging in to the CCMN portal. After successful document verification and confirmation of the seat, the candidate will be required to complete the admission formalities by depositing the balance institute fee during the period of ″Online Admission″.

  1. Change of Willingness/Withdrawal: In case candidates are not satisfied with the allotted seat, they may withdraw the seat and opt for participating in the next round of counselling. They will have to select one of the options, Change of Willingness or Withdrawal. In the former option, candidates will have to select further options from ‘Surrender and Participate in Next Round’ in addition to ‘Float’, ‘Slide’, and ‘Freeze’. The latter option refers to the withdrawal of interest. In such a scenario, candidates will not be able to participate in further rounds of CCMN counselling.
