IIM Amritsar Merit-Based MBA Scholarships

IA-IIM offers a few merit-based scholarships to its MBA students, taking into account their academic achievements and diversity. The scholarship is distributed equally across the two-year MBA program. Selection for the first year is based on previous academic records, performance in the MBA admission process, and diversity. For the second year, the scholarship can be renewed based on academic performance and conduct demonstrated during the first year, with a minimum CGPA of 2.96 being mandatory.

 

IIM Amritsar Financial Assistance for Doctoral Programmes

IA-IIM offers a limited amount of financial aid to its PhD students, which includes a monthly stipend, an annual contingency grant, and a research grant for attending conferences and seminars. In addition, students are also covered under medical insurance as part of the welfare programmes.

 

IIM Amritsar Post-Doctoral Fellowship Programmes

IA-IIM offers financial support to post-doctoral fellows. The aid includes a monthly fellowship of INR 55,000, an annual contingency grant of INR 30,000, and a conference grant of INR 1,00,000 for attending one international conference. IIM Amritsar Government Scholarships

The National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students is a scholarship scheme offered by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Eligible candidates include those pursuing high-degree courses, such as M.Phil, Ph.D, or an integrated M.Phil + Ph.D, who have scored a minimum of 55% marks at the postgraduate level from a recognised university.
