Admission: The teachers here are great, with some staying and some visiting. They're all Ph.D. holders and super experienced. The curriculum is tough, but we're guided by IIM Indore, so it's top-notch. The faculty is really supportive, using both case studies and lectures to teach us.

Placement: IIM Sambalpur always gets everyone placed, no worries. Back in 2017, the average salary was around 10 lakhs, and the top package hit 60 lakhs! Even the summer placements were good, with an average of 50,000. Deloitte, HDFC, SBI Life, and more big names came for hiring.

Campus: Our campus isn't permanent yet, but the facilities at our temporary one are top-notch. The classrooms are modern, the library is fully equipped, the hostels are spacious, and the whole campus has Wi-Fi. Plus, the food is really good!

Admission: The teachers know their stuff well. Some come from IIM, Indore as visiting faculty. Professor Prantosh Banerjee teaches Marketing with 27 years of experience he's top-notch. The permanent teachers are also very experienced. Each subject is worth 3 credits, so life at IIM Sambalpur can get busy with lots of subjects. But it's worth it for all the knowledge you gain.

Placement: The college is awesome for placements. In 2017, everyone got placed with good pay. The average salary was around 10.55 LPA, and the highest was 60 LPA! Lots of cool companies like Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, and more came for hiring. Even during the summer internships in 2018, big names like EY and Burger came by. Great opportunities here!

Campus: The campus is temporary but most facilities are good. Classrooms have smart boards and projectors. Wi-Fi is fast everywhere. Library has fewer books but a great digital collection with Bloomberg terminal access. Hostels offer non-AC 2-sharing rooms for girls and boys. They have washing machines and geysers. Food is tasty. No outdoor sports facilities on campus, but Sambalpur University ground is close by.

Admission: The courses at IIM Sambalpur are tough, just like any other IIM. They focus a lot on real-world applications, which is cool. They teach us through real-life cases and bring in experts to talk to us. The teachers here are really smart. We get to choose from a bunch of different subjects for our second year. And sometimes, we even get teachers from other top B-schools to come teach us.

Placement: IIM, Sambalpur has a great placement record for both final placements and summer internships. They even have some international offers for students. Different companies from various fields come to campus for placements. Students here get roles in consulting, government advisory, business development, finance, risk management, sales, and marketing. It's cool to see the different opportunities available here.

Campus: The campus at IIM Sambalpur is great! There are 3 hostels, an auditorium, a gym, and big classrooms. Plus, there's a cool playground for soccer and cricket near the hostels. Each hostel has a game room with stuff like ping pong and board games. And there are courts inside for badminton, volleyball, and basketball. It's awesome for staying active and having fun!

Admission: Our college has some of the best teachers in the country. They really care about helping us succeed. The courses are like what top IIMs offer, so we can join different activities. It's cool that teachers travel all over to teach us.

Placement: As part of the first batch, we had a tough time getting job offers from companies since we were unknown in the market. It was challenging because our college mentor didn't offer much support. But with hard work, we eventually landed opportunities with some decent companies.

Campus: When we started, the college setup was just okay because we were the first group. We had a bunch of problems at first like bad wifi, power cuts, and food issues. But as time went on, things got better. Some stuff got fixed, and some are getting there. Oh, by the way, there's no airport nearby.

Admission: Studying at IIM is cool because the teachers are super smart with Ph.D.s from IIM itself. They focus more on practical stuff and how you present your work. We do class participation, presentations, group projects, and quizzes for like 70% of our grades. The rest is exams. We tackle real business problems in our studies. We do 3 semesters a year, each lasting 3 months with 2 exams per semester. So, you get used to taking exams every month or so. We get graded on a percentile system, not percentages. You only need to beat 30% of the top scores to pass. It's tough to fail since most of your grades come from non-exam stuff. But it's also tough to get top marks because everyone's super competitive. We can give feedback before exams and switch classes if needed. Overall, it's a challenging but rewarding experience.

Placement: I'm a first-year student in my second semester. There were 320 of us, but now we're down to 315. In our batch, 76% are girls, and we're split into 4 sections. We're all in the middle of summer placements now, while the seniors are gearing up for finals. Last year, the highest salary offered was around 23 LPA, with an average of 13 LPA. Companies like ICICI Bank, Micron Technology, and Gartner are here for placements. We also have some cool startups coming in. Most companies offer marketing roles, but they're mostly smaller ones, not big names like HUL or Loreal.

Campus: The infrastructure at IIM Sambalpur is top-notch because our new campus is only a year old. Our hostel rooms have all the essentials like study tables, lamps, spacious Almirahs, cupboards, and AC. The campus is massive, spanning 200 acres with lots of greenery and sensor lights in the corridors. Each room has 8 people sharing 3 bathrooms. The sports complex is amazing with a gym, squash room, billiards, yoga, and more. We even have boating activities in the pond and a helipad on campus. There are shops for snacks, a mart for daily needs, and Wi-Fi everywhere. The classrooms are super high-tech with projectors, LED screens, whiteboards, and mic systems. Food is good with a changing menu, 4 meals a day, and a variety of dishes including non-veg and paneer thrice a week. There's also a health center on-site, although we sometimes face issues with getting the required medicine.

Admission: The teachers at IIM Sambalpur are top-notch. They've got permanent teachers from here and visiting teachers from IIM Indore, IIM Calcutta, MDI Gurgaon, and IIM Bangalore. Most of them have been teaching for over 10 years, some even for over 20 years! The 2-year program is packed with lots of subjects thanks to each subject being worth 3 credits. It's all about getting as much knowledge as possible in those 2 years.

Placement: The college has been getting 100% placements every year since it started. In 2017, everyone who went for placements got a job, with an average salary of 10.55 lakhs per year. The highest salary that year was 60.74 lakhs per year. The middle salary was 9 lakhs per year. For summer internships in 2018, 59 companies took part and gave out 102 offers. The average stipend was Rs. 70,078, and the highest was Rs. 1,60,000. Companies like BPCL, HPCL, Philips, Patanjali, and more come for placements and internships.

Campus: I love the IIM Sambalpur campus, even though it's temporary. The classrooms are top-notch with AC and comfy furniture. They've got this cool gallery-style setup in the new classrooms. Wi-Fi works great everywhere in class and in the hostels. Speaking of hostels, they're awesome! There are separate ones for girls and boys. Rooms are shared by two students, but they're big and cozy. Unfortunately, the rooms don't have AC, but the common rooms do. The mess hall is clean and serves tasty food. Plus, there are fun extras like indoor sports, washing machines, geysers, and RO water. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and really know their stuff. I feel grateful to learn from some of the best minds in the country. At IIM Sambalpur, we mostly study real-life business problems through case studies. It's cool because it helps us get better at solving problems and handling any situations that might come up in the future.

Placement: The placements here are great. You really have to work hard, but IIM Sambalpur gives you the chance to shine. Big companies come to hire students for internships and full-time jobs with good pay and benefits.

Campus: I really like studying at IIM Sambalpur. Right now, we're using the Silicon Institute of Technology campus, but it's pretty cool. The facilities are top-notch, just like you'd expect from an IIM. And we're getting our own campus soon. The campus is awesome, and I love being here.

Admission: I feel really lucky to have teachers like mine. They pay extra attention and help out students who struggle. Plus, they know a lot of people in different industries. They always ask a lot of questions, even about little stuff. It's pretty cool.

Placement: The placement coordinator is really helpful with giving us fresh ideas and assisting us in finding job opportunities. It's great for students looking to start their own businesses in different areas. Some of us suggest pursuing master's degrees for more in-depth knowledge. The placement success rate is impressive, with over 82% of students finding jobs.

Campus: The campus is huge and full of students every year. Students from different colleges come here to write their exams. Our college has lots of facilities to manage everything smoothly, including online exams.

Admission: Being a new IIM has its perks. We get top-notch professors from really good B-Schools. They come from IIM A, B, C, I, JBIMS, MDI Gurgaon, and XLRI. These professors are always around for us. We can talk to them in person or online whenever we need help with our studies.

Placement: IIM Sambalpur is killing it with a 100% placement rate. Last year, tons of new companies came to recruit us for some awesome roles. The highest international salary was 60 Lacs and the domestic one was 20 Lacs. The top students got around 16-17 Lacs, while the lowest was 7 Lacs for a few folks. We got job offers in different sectors like FMCG, BFSI, Healthcare, Tech, and Analytics. Roles included Management trainees, Consultants, Sales Managers, and more. IIM Sambalpur is definitely making a name for itself in the industry!

Campus: IIM Sambalpur's campus isn't the permanent one yet, so it's not as fancy as the older IIMs. But they've got all you need. The facilities are top-notch, with cool libraries that have all the stuff you need for your studies. The hostels and mess could be improved, but they're still decent. They're comfy enough to live in. The Wi-Fi is good, thanks to the National Knowledge network all IIMs and IITs are on. It's pretty fast!

Admission: The teachers here have a lot of experience, some even taught at other IIMs. If you're into HRM like I am, this place is great because they focus on HRM a lot. They're working on setting up cool flip classrooms. Most classes use PPTs and the teaching is super interactive. The teachers really encourage interactive learning.

Placement: IIM Sambalpur nailed it with 100% placements for my batch in 2017. Out of 45 students, only 3 couldn't participate, but the remaining 42 got placed with an average salary of 10.55 LPA. The top salary was a whopping 60 LPA from a foreign company. For summer placements, we snagged an average stipend of Rs. 70,000 for 2 months, with the highest being Rs. 1,60,000. Companies like Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, SBI, Tata Motors, Cognizant, Infosys, and Motilal Oswal came for placements. It was a great experience overall!

Campus: The IIM campus in Sambalpur is okay. It's in Sambalpur University. Hostels and classrooms are close together, with separate ones for girls and boys. Classrooms have cool stuff like smart boards and projectors, and they're air-conditioned. There are gallery classrooms too. The library is open all the time and has digital resources, even Bloomberg. Wi-Fi is fast everywhere. The hostel rooms are big, especially the double ones, and they have washing machines and hot water. The university playground is kinda far, but they're working on more sports areas.
