LBSIM Admission 2025: Courses, Fees, Eligibility & Application Process

Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM Delhi) is among India's top business schools, offering Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) courses, and a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). LBSIM was founded in 1995 and is based in Dwarka, New Delhi. It is recognised for its rigorous academic curriculum, advanced learning platforms such as Moodle LBSIM, and industry-focused programs. For the 2025-26 academic year, LBSIM admissions will be based on CAT, XAT, and GMAT scores, followed by a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI). The cutoff for LBSIM CAT is likely to be in the 80th-85th percentile. The overall fee for PGDM courses at LBSIM Delhi is INR 16.50 lakh, payable in instalments over a period of two years. CAT 2025 registration started on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will close on September 13, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Admit cards will be available for download from 5 November to 30 November 2025. The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for 30 November 2025, and the results are likely to be announced in the first week of January 2026. The CAT application fee has been revised to INR 2,600 for General category candidates and INR 1,300 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

LBSIM provides a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), which is akin to a PhD. FPM admission is based on CAT, GMAT, GRE, UGC-JRF, or GATE scores. Applicants can also appear for the in-house test for selection, followed by a panel interview. The detailed information is given below:

How to Register:

• Visit the official CAT website to register online.
• Use a valid and unique email ID and mobile number to start the process.
• After registering, you’ll receive a User ID and Password to log in and fill the application form.

• You can complete the form in multiple sessions — your progress will be saved automatically.
• Review all details carefully before submitting the application fee. No changes are allowed after payment.
• Incorrect or incomplete forms may be rejected.
• SC/ST/PwD candidates must upload valid certificates. Category changes cannot be made after registration.
• A short correction window will be available after registration closes for limited time only.

• The registration fee for CAT 2025 must be paid online only.
• Candidates can choose from SBI ePay or BillDesk payment gateways.
• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The application fee is required to be paid only once, regardless of the number of IIMs or other institutions candidates are applying to.

• Generate OTP: Enter basic details to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.

• XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
• To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
• Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
• In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
• The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
• Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
• Online facility is available to submit the fee.
• INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
