MAH HM CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria will be specified by the exam authorities and will be officially published at cetcell.mahacet.org. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will begin the application process for MAH HM CET 2026 in December 2025, and candidates will be able to submit their applications online until February 2026. However, students who will fulfil the eligibility requirements will be able to apply for this exam. For the BHMCT course, applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 45% marks. On the other hand, for the MHMCT course, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with at least 50% marks. In addition to these academic qualifications, applicants must also meet any other specific requirements prescribed by the State CET Cell for MAH HM CET 2026. MAH HM CET 2026 Educational Qualifications

General Category Candidates

  • Undergraduate Courses (B.HMCT): Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination or its equivalent from a recognised board, securing a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
  • Integrated Courses (M.HMCT): Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Reserved Category Candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)

  • Undergraduate Courses (B.HMCT): Candidates must have passed the HSC examination or its equivalent, obtaining at least 40% marks in aggregate.
  • Integrated Courses (M.HMCT): Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.

Persons with Disability (PWD) Candidates

  • Applicable to Maharashtra state candidates only.
  • Undergraduate Courses (B.HMCT): A minimum of 40% marks in aggregate in the HSC examination or its equivalent.
  • Integrated Courses (M.HMCT): At least 45% marks in aggregate in a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.

Candidates Appearing for Qualifying Examinations

  • Students currently appearing for their HSC or equivalent examinations are eligible to apply.
  • Provisional admission is granted based on the assumption that the candidate will meet the required eligibility criteria upon result declaration.
